The team here is more than helpful. I was greeted by every single member of the team. Chris was my hero today. He basically shopped my order for me and offered to help me carry my items out. Amazing service that I rarely experience. It wasn’t just me, they treated every person that walked in with the same hospitality and respect.
Thank you team and leadership 💪😌

Beyond grateful for this local hardware store. I needed to replace a battery in my garage door opener. As simple as that may sound, what made it easy was being able to walk into Ace Hardware knowing there would be someone to help me with this. Jeff H. was helpful and kind, while he efficiently and expertly replaced the battery. THANK you for being a presence in our community! In a world that feels ever more complicated, you gave me the gift of making something feel simple by virtue of your knowledge and friendly helpfulness. Priceless!

Favorite hardware store, super clean and organized like a studio set for an Ace Hardware commercial. Very helpful staff, always someone to talk to. Fresh free popcorn is a nice treat.

Only one star , should have been 0 !! Not so knowledgeable staff and the owner Sharon should just retire. She has ZERO customer relations, ZERO ! Used to drive past 3 other ACE Hardwares to shop at this one, not no more !!

I come to this store for the convenience factor ONLY. This group of people are the most unfriendly people I have ever encountered. No greetings from the two older gentleman who are always there and no help offered even if I’m the ONLY customer in that place. Something is wrong with this place. Sharon is no better.

After having such good customer service with the guy in the paint department, 5 stars to the older guy in the paint department that was very polite and helped me. So my total was like $63 and some change and the cashier called over the manager because I had some mistake paints I buy to do paint jobs for free for people. I didn’t even go in there for paint. The manager wouldn’t take my $5 over $30 ace rewards because the paint was clearanced. My total without the paint was $21, I can understand if the system doesn’t allow it but I know a good manager would honor it. I wanted to put everything back but I didn’t because the guy in the paint department was such a good guy. Clearly the manager doesn’t like Chaldeans, racism never ends does it lol, I just took the paint cans and put the other profitable stuff back that u actually came for. Lowzy $5 cost a good customer, I didn’t care about the $5, it was the respect.
