After arriving, my Jenn-Air gas cook top was installed and it was discovered that a small box of parts had been omitted by the manufacturer. I contacted U.S. Appliance by phone and my problem was solved immediately: the manufacturer is sending the parts post haste via Fed Ex. The customer service rep, Tonya, could not have been more polite, helpful, and thorough. Highly recommended.”

They were surprised to find out he was just a sales associate. It looks like Home Depot needs to reevaluate William for a potential promotion. I'd hate to think Home Depot is stifling individuals with management potential in entry level positions.”
