Understaffed and less than friendly. I walked in and was there about 12 minutes and the staff didn't even say hello. I ended up leaving.

If I could give negative stars, I would customer service was extremely terrible coming from Eric who calls himself a manager. I came in to return a phone and he told me I couldn’t do it at that store. All I wanted to do is return my dad‘s phone because they didn’t put service on it who is not capable of showing up and also does not have ID and Eric proceeds to tell me that if he stole my purse and had all of my identification, he would be able to get into my account… what so-called professional manager says things like that worst customer service don’t come to the store and also don’t get service with AT&T

At the AT&T store in West Bloomfield, Jameel was excellent, he was very knowledgeable, helpful and on of the most pleasant salesperson/consultant. I’d there was a point system Jameel definitely deserves a 200!!!!!

Garbage. Employee stole 2 phones for trade in, now I'm stuck with a significantly higher bill. Talked to a "manager" who said he escalated the issue to his manager, and that I'd be getting a call back in the morning. That call never came. Tried calling the "manager" again twice with no response. If you call the store, the call will never go through.

Roland helped me out with my needs. He was very knowledgable and took care of all of my questions. I was able to add new services with ease. This was a 5 star store visit!

Went into the store location today, and was taken care of by the nicest person ever. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented that I will go nowhere else. Thank you so much for helping me take care of my elderly parents’ phone issues

This is the most unprofessional ATT store I ever been to. They are always short staff, they closes the store during business hours for long periods at a time, if I could give them zero stars I definitely would cause they need to do better when it comes to customer service.

Ongoing Nightmare since 12-14-23 with this store and purchase made that was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. Some of the workers in this store would rather argue with each other and make hair appointments and do their nails then do their job. Sent from store with iPhone still not transferred so we can make the trade in. Got another new iPhone 15 because one that was originally sold to me did not have ample gigs. Bought myself 14 at time. Had to pay fee. Was sold stuff I didn’t need. Third time back was helped by Chandler who was amazing and the only one who knows what he’s doing! He ordered different new phone and told us there should be no trouble from there. Once phone arrived, went back a FOURTH time. Same girl who attempted transfer last time. helped us again. Almost walked out and should have. Last time in the middle of service making hair appointment this time argue about tv with coworker. Again sent from store and phone not transferred in the midst it. I am paying top price, phone bill sky rocketed because trade in still not clean. Missed out on Christmas specials because of incompetence. Had to shell out way more than I should. I have been with At&T since it was Michigan Bell. YEARS! This is the short version of this ludicrous ongoing nightmare. How do I get a hold of a Supervisor?

Sent my dad in a couple days ago to go get a phone, which i was very skeptical about because he’s older. But he said the young lady India was a great help and made the entire process so easy for him. He says she’s very knowledgeable in her position and witty. Very good job India!
