Ongoing Nightmare since 12-14-23 with this store and purchase made that was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. Some of the workers in this store would rather argue with each other and make hair appointments and do their nails then do their job. Sent from store with iPhone still not transferred so we can make the trade in. Got another new iPhone 15 because one that was originally sold to me did not have ample gigs. Bought myself 14 at time. Had to pay fee. Was sold stuff I didn’t need. Third time back was helped by Chandler who was amazing and the only one who knows what he’s doing! He ordered different new phone and told us there should be no trouble from there. Once phone arrived, went back a FOURTH time. Same girl who attempted transfer last time. helped us again. Almost walked out and should have. Last time in the middle of service making hair appointment this time argue about tv with coworker. Again sent from store and phone not transferred in the midst it. I am paying top price, phone bill sky rocketed because trade in still not clean. Missed out on Christmas specials because of incompetence. Had to shell out way more than I should. I have been with At&T since it was Michigan Bell. YEARS! This is the short version of this ludicrous ongoing nightmare. How do I get a hold of a Supervisor?

Sent my dad in a couple days ago to go get a phone, which i was very skeptical about because he’s older. But he said the young lady India was a great help and made the entire process so easy for him. He says she’s very knowledgeable in her position and witty. Very good job India!

I was in the store today there was only one young lady there, slouching on a chair with her legs up on an ottoman in front of her, she did not get up to help me and was sitting in the same position the whole time she was talking to me.Awful customer service I will never step a Foot in that store again.

Staff here are friendly and do their best to help. With that said, AT&T has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you've got even the smallest issues in billing or similar, it will take months to get rectified and even then, something else will pop up. I cannot stress how poor my experience has been with AT&T overall.

Went in, to get home internet (only). Was told fiber existed, even had the provisioning folks on the phone to confirm, knowing that AT&T sells fiber, then you get the Campbell soup can (aka - DSL) instead. Also, had to diverge an AT&T Wireless + home internet account, into two separate accounts (one for Wireless the other for just internet). Spin fwd to install day and they finish and state "your 50/10" is all set, asking me to test the Wifi. Now, I'm an IT Dir. and I know what 50/10 is, and once I stepped out of the time warp I just heard (50/10 is known as DSL, 50Down/10 UP) which is a service so slow, so inconsistent, so problematic I was shocked that this was what was said. I called support that very weekend after the Friday install, pulled the router and cable from the wall and canceled the service. Returned the gear a few days later as well (FedEx) and confirmed the acct was canceled twice on the phone. I told the customer service person I wasn't paying for anything, since the gear was up less than 24 hours, and the service I was promised in the store (500MB fiber) was not even in the area, at least for a few years or more? I REQUIRE fast internet based on the WH I do (programming, large databases, etc...)Now, not even a month since I "tried" AT&T again, I'm fighting their practice of tactics to sell what they can't fulfill on (same in corporate world) in not paying or a bill for services not rendered as promised... Unreal in 2023, that AT&T considers a 50/10 DSL like anything competent - sharing with everyone I know

Incredibly rude staff here. Very condescending and all while giving blatantly incorrect information.Went to another store down the street afterwards and had everything completed immediately with no issues whatsoever. Do not go to this store unless you want rude service, incorrect prices, and likely for your plan to be mismanaged.

Went in to have a monthly fee removed that they added to my account without ever asking me…but they can’t do that in the store. What it the point in having a physical location then?

Cameron was one of the nicest and most knowledgeable young man I have encountered. Thank you for wonderful service and handling 3 customers at a time was another plus.

Went in today on 4th of July and by far the most rude sales person upfront. I have ever seen didn’t help us didn’t do anything. Rolls his eyes at us every time we ask a question and insists we do everything ourself. Went to another location took care of me and trade in my phone and bought a new one. Don’t come to this location very rude

When I ordered internet at and TV at the West Bloomfield store the manager signed my receipt indicating that the installation fee would be waived. It wasn't. I went to store on Haggerty and was told by two different managers that they would call me back after talking with their management. Neither did and now are denying that they promised a call back. I struggle doing business with someone that doesn't stand behind what is promised. I will call corporate and see if I can log a complaint against the store managers.
