“Knowledgeable and done at a great price. Update: We installed the rockford fosgate system(Sub/4 speakers). Theyre still going strong, with the standalone sub, a amp isnt quite necesarry, and hindsight he saved me some money by doing it without. Always room to upgrade.”

Herb did an outstanding job. The vehicle looks fantastic inside and out, and the attention to detail was obvious from the moment I picked it up. Beyond the quality of the work, Herb was incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, pricing was fair, and the service exceeded my expectations.
One thing I especially appreciated was that I needed a ride home after dropping off the vehicle, and Herb was kind enough to personally give me a ride. That level of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find.
The Bloomfield Hills location is very convenient for my family, which makes the experience even better. Based on this experience, I plan on bringing my wife's SUV in later this summer and will absolutely be using Herb and Metro Detroit Auto Detailing again in the future.

“Nowadays, finding honest, fair mechanics and collision experts is a rarity. I've had my fair share of people not keeping their word, sugarcoat a problem, or take advantage of me down on my luck. As soon as I met and spoke with Mr. Haitham however, I realized that I had met such a rarity, that he would deal with me fairly, as long as I dealt fairly back.
He understood my situation immediately and was honest with his assessment of my vehicle and what I was wanting (namely to get it functional and safe). His price was more then fair and he was more then happy to show me his work and what he had done to make sure I knew nothing had been done that wasn't a necessity.
In an incredibly hard, and stressful situation for me, I felt assured that at least in this it would be okay. The night and day difference of the vehicles state is impressive. I am incredibly grateful for the hard work, honesty, and efficiency of Master Tech. While hopefully I will not need their collision repair services anytime soon, I at least feel assured I will have a trusted place to turn to if I do.”

“Excellent!!!! The work, the attention to detail the craftsmanship, the customer service. I know MAACOs reputation but you have to realize they are independently owned. Your experience in one shop may vary vastly from your buddy’s across town. What I can say is I have a classic car with aluminum, steel and plastic pieces. For the work that MAACO off 8 mile road in Farmington MI did, my car looks WAYYY better than when I brought her in. There was an option where I could have gone with a “jerry rigged” fix to the drivers headlight because my used part had broken tabs. MAACO called me, let me know, I saw the headlight and it was a fine install but there were gaps, so I chose to re-replace my eBay headlight with another one that had intact tabs and the fit was flawless. A lot of shops would NOT go that Extra mile, they would tell you it’s good enough. So trust me, when you know what you want this MAACO shop will work with you.”

“I had a hit-and-run accident last week, and all the shops I’ve been to quoted me between $1,000 to $1,400 for the paint scratches on the rear bumper.I finally took my car over to Lucky’s Collision, and Joey was able to remove the most of the other car’s paint and charged me only for the touch up paint bottle (around 30 bucks).It’s definitely not perfect close up, because it was not a complete paint overhaul, but as you can see now the paint damage is almost unnoticeable.Joey was very upfront and honest about the damage that my bumper had and did not overcharge me for the service which shows that he definitely knows his stuff.I definitely recommend this place to the others. “Carsmetology did a great job on both the vehicles I brought in. In particular, the exterior detailing and waxing made my 2000 Boxster look amazing! It was being listed for sale the next day, and within a couple of days it sold for full asking price. There were many comments about how great the car looked. Ryan, the asst. manager, was super friendly and helpful. He made sure that the interior and exterior detail work met high standards, and that nothing was overlooked. The crew was very hardworking. They do the detail work for a lot of the local dealerships, including Porsche Novi. Highly recommend, especially if you are putting your car on sale soon.”

“I went for my first car wash and a very nice gentleman named. Michael told me about the monthly program where you could get unlimited car washes for a really good price so I signed up for it and then two weeks later my credit card that I had used was compromised so I had to get a new one. I had some trouble making that happen and putting in the new information on the website so I stopped in today and I was so happy to see Michael’s friendly face. He helped me to update my credit card information and now my car is sparkling cleaned again. I’m not always happy working with robots and computers. I’m more of a human to human contact type of consumer and at this car wash. Should you have the pleasure of interacting with Michael? We will find that he is a lovely human.”
