“Nowadays, finding honest, fair mechanics and collision experts is a rarity. I've had my fair share of people not keeping their word, sugarcoat a problem, or take advantage of me down on my luck. As soon as I met and spoke with Mr. Haitham however, I realized that I had met such a rarity, that he would deal with me fairly, as long as I dealt fairly back.
He understood my situation immediately and was honest with his assessment of my vehicle and what I was wanting (namely to get it functional and safe). His price was more then fair and he was more then happy to show me his work and what he had done to make sure I knew nothing had been done that wasn't a necessity.
In an incredibly hard, and stressful situation for me, I felt assured that at least in this it would be okay. The night and day difference of the vehicles state is impressive. I am incredibly grateful for the hard work, honesty, and efficiency of Master Tech. While hopefully I will not need their collision repair services anytime soon, I at least feel assured I will have a trusted place to turn to if I do.”

They walked me thru the entire process, we're honest and open, really made the stress of it all manageable. In the end my car is good as new and I'm happy and thankful to have worked with this shop. “Excellent!!!! The work, the attention to detail the craftsmanship, the customer service. I know MAACOs reputation but you have to realize they are independently owned. Your experience in one shop may vary vastly from your buddy’s across town. What I can say is I have a classic car with aluminum, steel and plastic pieces. For the work that MAACO off 8 mile road in Farmington MI did, my car looks WAYYY better than when I brought her in. There was an option where I could have gone with a “jerry rigged” fix to the drivers headlight because my used part had broken tabs. MAACO called me, let me know, I saw the headlight and it was a fine install but there were gaps, so I chose to re-replace my eBay headlight with another one that had intact tabs and the fit was flawless. A lot of shops would NOT go that Extra mile, they would tell you it’s good enough. So trust me, when you know what you want this MAACO shop will work with you.”

“I had a hit-and-run accident last week, and all the shops I’ve been to quoted me between $1,000 to $1,400 for the paint scratches on the rear bumper.I finally took my car over to Lucky’s Collision, and Joey was able to remove the most of the other car’s paint and charged me only for the touch up paint bottle (around 30 bucks).It’s definitely not perfect close up, because it was not a complete paint overhaul, but as you can see now the paint damage is almost unnoticeable.Joey was very upfront and honest about the damage that my bumper had and did not overcharge me for the service which shows that he definitely knows his stuff.I definitely recommend this place to the others. “The owner is by far my fav person to ever work on my car hes taught me so much about how to keep my car running check fluids ... hes very affordable probably one of the most honest oil change guys ever plus hes nice funny and affordable... $26 out the door with oil change tax and what no hidden agenda my car has over a quarter of a million miles lol and I wouldn't care if it was brand new or 30 yrs old he came highly recommended from the car dealer ...Update 1 year later still trueand I trust him to inspect my car and not try to sell me things I don't need the owner is one of the most honest people around and I'm honestly shocked more people don't line up from open to close...I'm making my 3rd road trip to Florida in my car this week and my cars honestly the best car with almost 300k miles he's deff worth the drive and money well spent”
