Very rude reception after scheduling appointment. Manager was “not in the building” or at least was told that. Banker had to call corporate to get anything done. Extremely unprofessional and unprepared. I recommend taking your business to another branch.

Had to physically drive miles to the location, to ask a question, after multiple phone calls went unanswered. Once there, I received assistance, in fact, the employee who answered it for me, was not behind the teller desks, and appeared to be standing around ‘free.’ This left me a bit confused as to why no one answered the phone calls to the facility. Unfortunately, I could not obtain their services there, however, that is why I called, so that I wouldn’t have to drive, to be told no

I really don't understand how this bank gets such bad reviews. Rita (an associate at the bank) helped us and was extremely professional and friendly. We got interrupted twice by customers that were walking in expecting to get served right away with no appointment. But from our point of view, we made an appointment, got helped, and I would definitely recommend this branch to others!

My father who is 92 goes into your branch with cash, my account number & routing number to put in my account and you refused to do it. You’re a bank and you don’t accept cash? You wouldn’t even help an elderly person. Shame on you! I’ve been with you 28 years and now you’ve open my eyes to your customer service. I will be switching banks real soon!

Worst experience with this Branch. Went in to do a wire transfer for my house down payment, they told me servers were down and promised me that they will call back within couple of hours to let me know the status. No one called back, we tried calling a few times and no one answered. Finally had to rush to another branch to get things done. I hope BoA will take some notice and do something to improve customer experience for this branch.

Been going here for years, for all my banking needs. Love all the employees. Have helped me open new accounts before with very clear answers and helpful information. This is my go to bank. And I've never had ANY problems with the outside ATM. I see some complaints about how long the drive thru is. That's like saying Chick-fil-A is terrible because it theres a long line. It all depends on who is infront of you and what they are doing. Can't lowball the bank, because some people take longer than others. I was surprised there arent more 5 star reviews. Then again, more complainers review. Stop the hate, appreciate this great bank!

Service is terrible I feel bad for the cashier because she is by herself with a long line. And the manager told us she was gonna help us but then she went to go help somebody else.

Worst Bank ever. Filed a dispute and after being told all my information was complete and that they would accept what I had. They came back 30 days later only to reject it due to that information. Do not do business with them if you're looking for someone to have your back.

Terrible, it's impossible to get a person on the phone at this branch under any circumstances, instead they direct you to go online to set up a time to see someone or make an appointment....why have a branch there????
