I have yet to be even slightly disappointed by any of their products. I’ve used both the facial cleanser, the ph facial mist, and my absolute favorite- the hyaluronic serum! Highly recommend these products if you want smooth and clear and skin

They sent me the wrong item, no big deal, but they refuse to respond to emails and when I call they are most unhelpful. I like the products I received, but the poor customer service isn’t worth it.

I love the Squalene serum. It’s the best product. As well as the sea kelp daily moisturizer. I get so many compliments on my skin. The best products.

Great face wash (gentle foaming facial cleanser)! Disappointed with the customer service. When my face wash was mailed to the wrong address due to a PayPal glitch, I attempted to contact the company. After 3 emails, I finally received a response. I was told "We are held responsible to get the packages to the delivery on the invoice." I understand this perspective but would have been happy with even a 10% coupon code or something. Even something very small would have made me feel like a valued customer. Also, I wish it wasn't necessary to have a username and password to buy my face wash. It's a long process to order online.

I cannot believe how beautiful my skin looks after only using the products for 2 wks! I have been getting lots of compliments on how smooth & glowy I look! I am telling all of my friends to use these wonderful products!

don't know about the quality of their product, because I never received it. I placed an order and received an error message from the website. I checked my bank account and the payment went through, but the company claims that since it didn't generate an order number, there must not have been one placed. Really? I bet if you check your business bank account you will see my funds going through at 1 am central time (I doubt many other orders went through at that time.) They are refusing to check their bank, as if the failure of creating an order number is definitive proof there was no money drafted from my account. Yeah, glitches happen in computers, you can verify taking my money other ways. Long story short, my bank is having to investigate them.
