I know people often complain about maintenance but we at Brandywine have the BEST maintenance crew one could ever hope for! I place a maintenance request online and within 24 hours often way less (a couple of hours) they are at my unit addressing and repairing the problem. They are efficient, polite, and never leave a mess. My hat goes off to them and I certainly hope that people who live at Brandywine realize how good we have it here. People need to understand that if they don’t get there as fast as you like there are others having higher priority issues…. Relax and wait your turn!

I have been at Brandy-Wine for a year and I can not be happier, the people at the lease office are excellent and the maintenance people are very good and quick to respond when you need them.
The units are great, clean and very spacious, giving you an instant felling that you are at home!.

Brandywine Apartments is the place live, the management staff is awesome. I want to give a special shout out to Malika, she is the “BEST”.
Now I won’t leave out maintenance,
Her attitude, personality, and professionalism is outstanding.
They do all kinds of things for us who lives here; they allowed us to come in and make flowers for Mother’s Day., so Beautiful.
Now the apartments are spacious and lovely.
Stop by to see them.

Terrible experience when applying for an apartment. Brandywine and Singh properties do not follow and do not comply with the Fair Housing Act. The sales team do not care about your needs and management is useless and simply does not care either.

They require cats to be declawed before moving in, which is horribly inhumane and causes them to live in pain for their entire life. It's clear they don't mind torturing animals if it helps them not have to replace carpet (when instead they could simply charge the tenant for it upon move-out). Don't move here if you care about your pets.

The noise from the neighbors above us is so excessive, that after only 3 weeks, we feel forced to move out. Daily from 8am - past 11pm, we've been tormented by continuous stomping, jumping off of furniture, running, banging/booming sounds, etc. The ceiling light fixtures even shake and rattle. Local and regional MGMT refuse to intervene or assist us in any way. Their only advise to us was to call the police on the tenants. They won't even assist us to recoup some of our money. Also, we're even being charged a penalty for leaving! We're so angry and disappointed... with the tenants for being so inconsiderate and with the leasing company for not helping us. So much time and so much money wasted.

Customer Service of Onsite Managers has been less than optimal. Follow up is non-existent. Emergency Maintenance calls have dispatched rude, uninterested and disrespectful technicians unable to resolve a kitchen sink leak. Management changed bathroom toilet and cut sink counter to fit. No further repair. Kitchen appliances and washer and dry are antiques/outdated. The dishwasher is loud and drowns out any music or TV. Countertops look like those of my parents' home from 1968. My college kids have better accommodations for the amount of rent. Windows leak cold breezes of air in the winter, have to cover with plastic to stay warm. Salt and snow removal on my driveway does not occur when it snows. Rain blows 3 feet into the garage and forms puddles in the garage. Lights on the front of garage are burned out and the entire complex has no uniform light bulbs. Walking on the sidewalks is dangerous because of uneven/unleveled concrete. They recently tried to patch with black tar. The balcony wood is cracked and needs repair. I am always concerned certain boards will break through.

I can’t say thank you enough. Almost six months ago my family and I went through an incredibly traumatic event wherein a tree fell on our home and cars during a tornado while we were inside. For the first month and a half we were moving our kids back and forth between our parents’ homes and then our insurance company put us in a hotel for a few weeks. When they finally found an apartment for us to stay in while our house was being repaired, it was at Brandywine. Right from the start I felt so at rest after a very long, exhausting summer. The staff was wonderful, receptive, and very welcoming to us. They got us in very quickly and we immediately felt at home. This place was a respite to us through the fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. There was so much space for our kids to play and relax that it allowed them time to unwind and process everything they’d been through. I am so extremely grateful. We’re going back home today, but I won’t forget all that you did for us, truly. The buildings are beautiful and spacious and the view from our balcony was a lovely place to work through everything. Thank you for making one of the darker periods of our lives a little brighter. You made a difference.

I fell and broke my foot in two places and tore a ligament on the property and was told basically to have my lawyer contact their lawyer I have no lawyer watch your step on the grounds. They could care less about your health or well-being tells you a lot about the company. I am not a resident. I was visiting. Would never live here. UPDATE: I was on crutches for 3 months my foot has healed but I have a possibly permanent limp and I still have not heard from Brandywine yes they say call us under my post but I called them first in the beginning and got no results and still have gotten any results or phone call

I would not recommend this place the rent is ridiculous! Everything is outdated, appliances always have issues, everything breaks and is cheap. In the summer there are bugs everywhere and big ants. Paint is cheap everything here is cheap. The list can go on. So do your self a favor and don’t be fooled by this place. So not worth it!

This is a beautiful place to live. The space is humongous. But, the only complaint i have is that the appliances need upgrading. Built in 2003, these appliances are 17 years old. I'm speaking of the refrigerator, stove and microwave. We've been here 7 years.
