CelyFIT is a vibrant fitness community led by Cely Dias, a certified IFS Aerobic Instructor, Personal Trainer, and expert in Group Exercise and Zumba Fitness. Originally from Brazil, Cely offers a diverse range of classes, including Zumba, Barre, Samba, Butt Fit, and Yoga, each infused with a unique Brazilian flair. Cely is known for her high-energy Zumba classes, which are globally inspired, featuring Latin and South American music and moves with a Brazilian twist. Her background as a Carnivale dancer adds to the excitement of each class. I love Cely Fit! I do a Zumba class here regularly and Cely is an amazing instructor. She keeps the energy high and is also kind and encouraging (even though I am not the best dancer).
