  Citizens is too secure. They try to prevent fraud but it’s starting to be a i confidence when I have to spend a extra half a hour because citizens think $300 at a car repair shop is fraud. Mobile app always down for maintenance I’m ready to switch

  I like the small town feeling of this bank branch. Employees remember your name which makes me feel less like a number than other banks I have banks accounts at.
