The even shift pharmacist manager on duty at 5PM was rude, embarrassed me infront of a crowd, and ultimately provided no assistance. I still don’t have my meds.Lines happen and that should not degrade the experience for those who waited their turn. This is the closest pharmacy to my house yet due to this experience I’ll now switch to Walgreens across the street. From this negative experience, CVS just lost a rewards customer and by the comments below, there is a trend of negative in-store experience at Haggerty/14mile CVS pharmacy.Shockingly rude, I couldn’t believe it!

Very rude pharmacist. I have gone to this pharmacy for many years, but will not go again. I do not recommend.

This CVS Pharmacy and staff is the absolute worst! The pharmacist and technician are rude and have terrible people skills. The store isn't stocked and many shelves are just empty. I'll never return to this location. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and hard earned dollars going here.

Can't get to speak to the pharmacy to cancel a prescription that I don't need now. You have the wrong schedule to refill a prescription.

I saw a previous review about a very rude female pharmacist and I couldn’t agree more with his complaints. Her conduct is disgusting, I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service especially coming from a grown woman who should be considered professional. I’ll drive the extra few miles to avoid this CVS pharmacy now.

We have to deal with this pharmacy as it is close to my inlaws house, they keep complaining from a very rude female pharmacist, and the complain is consistent from several family members who dealth with this location, our family complains about her very disrespectful approach, in laws are senior citizens and they have alot of prescriptions and monthly refills, it's a petty that instead of appreciating the repetitive business we are getting a very bad customer service.

Pharmacist was rude and wouldn't sell me Claritin D for my allergies, which is behind the pharmacy counter. Told me I should go to my doctor for my symptoms. Um, hello.... been dealing with my allergies for a while now. I think I know my body! How rude of the pharmacist to get on a soap box and not sell me the allergy meds. What a rude person.

This is the worst pharmacy experience you can face. The people working here have no clue how to deal with customers who also happen to be patients. I don't think they see themselves as anything to do with health. Worse than robots. The whole place is inefficient and the drive through managent as poor as it can get.

After nearly 2 years working with this store to get my prescription consistently in the correct format they still attempt to deliver it incorrectly, resulting in a 2-5 day additional wait on my part. The pharmacist I spoke to today was unwilling to try again and suggested I go elsewhere. I will. Frankly, I never had a problem like this with a pharmacy until I came here when my insurance switched. It's far less expensive, and less frustrating, going to Walgreens across the street (or Kroger, or Costco, or Walmart, or or or..) and using GoodRx with no insurance. Beyond that, why would anyone continue to support an organization that is not even willing try to solve their problem? They just don't care.

I work at a doctors office, tried calling in prescriptions for a patient. Pharmacy technician kept asking me questions then cutting me off. Telling me I wasn't giving her what she wanted. Ask me to spell patients last name then ask me the first name before I could finish. Very argumentative and not helpful at all. Asking me if the patient has a twin brother. How would I know that? Why does that even matter? If you have a wrong birthdate in your system that is for you to discuss with the patient when they get to your store. I don't have time to fix mistakes in your computer when you clearly don't want to listen to what I have to say. Take the information down as if it's a new patient. It's not that hard of a job. Ended up giving prescriptions back to patient for them to take in themselves. So really nice customer service you have there. Date was 6/1/20 9:40am
