Pharmacy staff was very rude. My doctor sent in a prescription so I went to pick it up. Upon arriving to the drive thru I was told they did not get anything from the doctor. I asked them to double check and they came back and said that it’s an over the counter item and I’d have to come inside to grab it off the shelf. So I walked inside and asked the pharmacy staff to help me find the item, they said go look in the aisle and it might be there, they were not busy yet no one bothered to help me look for it… long story short, it was not there nor did they even have it so I got something similar. After getting home and taking the medicine, I looked at the expiration date and noticed that it expired in July of 2024 and I bought it in January 2025. I went back to return it and not even a sorry from the staff. I’ll never be back to this location as they don’t know what customer service is and they don’t know how to rotate/ check inventory.

Why do the hours of operation on Saturday is safe from 8 AM to 11 PM but it's 630 you're closed

If I could give a 0 star I would do so in a heartbeat, disappointed that google reviews doesn’t provide this option that would be best suitable for this pharmacy. The manager who looks Indian his name is Humayoun Ahmed was very rude, unhelpful and all he cares about is leaving work right on time even though I had showed up an hour and a half earlier. I ordered a very basic medication and he initially told me to come back in 20 minutes then I came back and he was helping other customers while I was still waiting, and after almost an hour of waiting he told me that my insurance doesn’t cover for it in this state since it’s out of state although he was supposed to call them and make an override which he didn’t and insisted on not to. I know this because I come from a medical background and know how this works. Anyways, I did his job and called my insurance and asked them to make an override which they did in few seconds. When that was done it was about 10 minutes before closing he told me I will have to come back tomorrow because they will close in 10 minutes although I have been there for almost 1.5 hours by that time. I can’t imagine what would happen if this guy had a patient with a life threatening situation requesting their medications, I could almost bet he would favor to leave on time than to help that poor patient. Patients are definitely at stake with this pharmacy manager!!I’m surprised this CVS with a manager like this is still running!

Terrible, slow. They show up on GoodRx for pets, I chose to come here when I could have gotten the prescription from Meijer for significantly less. They don’t honor it, so they shouldn’t be showing up on GoodRx as accepting it.

This Pharmacy is horrible. The window service is slow and the older woman who originally answered was exceptionally rude. Customer care is clearly not her priority which is unfortunate, because most people visiting a pharmacy need care. I was in line nearly 30 minutes causing me to be 3 mins late for my covid test. Instead of apologizing she tried to turn me away for being late ? . I stood my ground and eventually a pharmacist did appear to do the test but I am shocked this is allowed in West Bloomfield.

My 26 year old son is no longer insured under my medical insurance policy; he's been on maintenance medication with an insurance co pay of $10 per month prior to his 26th birthday for 16 years. Without insurance the medication went to $3.77 per day. A 90 day prescription went from $30 to $388. I checked with Amazon Pharmacy and the non insurance price is $9.50 for three months/ .11cents per pill. How is CVS allowed to get away with this egregious usury???

Rude Cashier. I was sick & needed cold medicine. I used the self check out and obviously they need to check my ID. I did not realize my driver's license was expired (separate issue) until the cashier checked it. She gave me such an attitude about it that it doesn't matter how old it says? that I needed a valid ID.... don't huff & puff and berate me in front of customers. Condescending. Went to a different CVS and they gladly sold me medicine that I really needed.

This used to be my "go to" pharmacy. They were always helpful and fast. I just left them because of a lack of assistance fixing a $500 prescription problem. I found another pharmacy to meet my needs and they were happy to problem solve and get me my prescription for free! I will not be going back to CVS.

I visited CVS to have my flu shot. I was greeted promptly and everyone was very courteous. Theresa O’Neal made the process extremely easy.
