“So, I’ve used UBREAKIFIX many times in the past. They’re always Johnny on the spot. I went in today after leaving Verizon thinking I’m going to have to get another phone but, Logan fixed the issue (which was MINOR) and now I’m on my way home!!!!!!!!!! Out of pocket = $0.00. Can’t beat that!”

Wish I had them replace my iphone 11 battery that I just had done the day before at another shop. I paid a LOT more. Southfield isn't close to my home but I will return with any other repairs. 2 thumbs up.”

“I am leaving a glowing review for this company, even though I didn’t utilize them for repairs. Customer service is just as important as technical service, and they exceeded my expectations in that regard! The screen was shattered/black on my Samsung Galaxy S23, and I called them to see if they were able to do a same-day repair. They didn’t have the part in stock (would have taken 4 days for them to receive it), but they went above and beyond by referring me to a different company that they indicated typically has parts in stock and does good work. They even gave me the phone number and address, since I wasn’t able to do anything but make calls from my phone using Android Auto in my car. The company they referred me to had my new screen on in 1 hour! So again, even though Batteries Plus didn’t do the repair, they get a 5-star rating for being so incredibly helpful. For that, I will think of them for future needs. Thank you!!!”

“I recently purchased a HDB8X for OTA Television. I am so pleased with the setup. The Antenna is manufactured sturdily built, simple to put together and Install. I was only receiving about 20 Channels with my previous setup. I also purchased a Winegard LNA-200 and Coax. Now I receive 73 Channels. I'm ecstatic, It's just put together on the tower not even erected to highest point. Wow!! Once the installation is raised and rotatable I expect I will get even more stations.”
