“The battery works great! However, it’s disappointing that the store representative couldn’t provide the torque specification for the battery terminal bolts. The star washers that came with the new battery terminal bolts are junk, as they tended to twist the battery terminal\\wire when tightening bolt. The Duracell battery I replaced had good flat washers captured to the bolts. I replaced them with good-quality flat washers instead.”

I am a knowledgeable user (heck I build my own computers, and used to do consulting), but every once in a while you still run into really sticky issues that are just a pain to deal with. Mike has been fantastic and solved both the issues extremely efficiently and effectively. Cannot recommend a service more.”
