“I like this location because of the convenience of going to this location along Orchard Lake Road. It's across Kroger and a few minutes walk or drive West Bloomfield High School. The cashier today was friendly and provided excellent service. We were there around 8am and I'm quite surprised that most of the customers who came in were between 40 years and above, male, and buying the lottery;-) I just went in to avail of my free coffee drink from downloading the app. We bought the 3 for $3 taquitos...yum! It's limited space but the store looks organized. They sell basic grocery stuff. I'll definitely come back and buy iced coffee.”

“First off , I stoped by the metro by t Mobil store the one on 8 mile and Southfield to purchase a new phone found out that the store was closed without any Notification to there customers also noticed that it’s no longer METRO BY T MOBIL Store anymore they have a new signs and the Metro signs are gone over night I guess because I pass by this location every day and that’s my main one to pay my bill. I searched other metro by t Mobil stores and saw that this location had some really good reviews. The two customer service representative that was there were absolutely fantastic! They greeted every customer that walk in and were so incredibly helpful.Wes the Manager Who help me out the most was very patient and informative he walked me through everything helped me set things up and showed me the best options when getting my new phone. It was worth the trip there and I will be making future purchases from this location I have already recommended this location to family and friends because I know they’ll be treated the exact same way I was.”

The store was cleaner and more organized than last I remember. I decided to give it another shot because there was nothing closer. Glad I did, they were courteous and helpful. “We first went to the Crescent Lake Rd 7-Eleven in Waterford, wow, what a filthy and disgusting mess it was by the condiments and food service area. Trash piled high outside. We walked right out and went to this 7-Eleven. Everything was picture-perfect immaculate, fresh and clean! We were able to find what we were looking for and are happy.Two gals behind the counter were extremely helpful and professional, regardless that they were receiving loads of a semi at the time and there were a lot of customers and noisy children in the store.Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way!”
