I’ve given this salon multiple chances but my experiences have been consistently disappointing. On one visit, the technician who normally does my nails gave me the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. When I politely asked her to fix the French tip, she became visibly annoyed, began speaking loudly about me in another language, and her demeanor made me very uncomfortable. She even told me not to come back to her.
On my most recent visit, I tried a different technician for a full set. The service felt rushed, yet I was still charged $90. The quality simply did not match the price. This salon really needs to focus more on professionalism, attention to detail, and treating customers with respect.
I hope management takes these comments to heart, because with more care and ethics in their work, this could be a great place. Unfortunately, based on my experiences, I won’t be returning.
The owner unfortunately is not very professional either.

This is the worst nail salon in West Bloomfield. The owner and nail techs talk about how customers dress when they come into the salon. They body shame customer and employees as well. People shouldn’t be judged on how they dress when coming into a nail salon. Nancy and the nail techs do sub par work. Don’t spend your money here. Go elsewhere!!!

My go to nail salon since I was in high school! They do all my special occasion nails. They just did my wedding nails and I love their work everytime. I usually see Helen (there are two and they both do amazing). Try them out!

Requested style: Completely professional!! Nails were awesome done by Ken! Eyebrows were amazing the owner Nancy waxed them. My pedicure was amazing well needed Monica took her time!! Excellent service!!! I’ll most definitely be back and spread the word..

I’m obsessed! Excel Nails has the most talented nail techs in Oakland County! It is very clean here too! The atmosphere is very relaxing. I will definitely be coming back here!

I have been coming here for 12 years and I can’t brag enough about it. Monica and Nancy have been doing my nails and I always leave obsessed with them and constantly get compliments. Extremely clean and friendly too! Plus side they just remodeled the entire salon and got new chairs which are so comfy and relaxing. You get what you pay for here!!
