The woman who was operating the system at the grounds was very rude. I heard her being kind to a customer while I was on the phone and she then resumes to speak badly with me. It was uncalled for considering I was kind to her from the beginning of the call, to the end. I called on August 2nd at around 10:10AM

Incredibly unhelpful and you have to do their thinking for them. Told her overnight overnight overnight then she said it’s $50 to get there in four days.??? Then she said $150 because of the big box they supplied and I said can you put it in the smaller size box yes and that’s only 80 $$. They really need to take six or seven minutes to train these people. Sorry.

The lady working around 5 was not very professional, and did not want to list out the items in an international shipment which is required, she put 5 items on one line and said pick one origin of product, listed the wrong zip code, wrong email, and terms were incorrect. Not one section did she do right. This was after I stood in line for 30 minutes while she talked about how good of an employee she was and needed more money. She was snappy with people in line saying it was going to take a while, if she got to them. I will not be using this location and we are a new business in the area, I would take a slow worker that’s trying to do the right thing over her any day.

Most courteous behavior . Agreed to correct my address though I made an error and realized it several minutes later . Lou and Brandy made the correction even though it was rework
I have never had good experience at the other locations like the one at this location. I have had very tough behaviors at various FedEx service centers but this one is good

I don't know if the lady behind the counter was just having a bad day or something, but she was unnecessarily quite... curt with multiple customers. Snippy responses and chastising people for doing something wrong are not really things that I look forward to from a shipping location. I'm not sure if it crossed the line into outright rudeness, but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and I'll likely think twice before coming here again.
The store itself seems nice enough though so at least there's that.

I was faced with an insurance situation that needed to be dealt with on a holiday weekend. Arianna at the FedEx West Bloomfield center helped we wade through printing, scanning & sending the necessary documents. She was not only concise and clear, but also patient as I dealt with the all-in-one system. In sum, Arianna was terrific. My thanks to her.

They always provide friendly and courteous customer service.
This location is best. I drive 10 miles further than I have to just to conduct my business at this particular location.

FYI - this location is currently not open on Sundays. I just drove all the way there to find the doors locked and a sign saying they’re closed Sundays. Could you please update the hours on your website to reflect your actual hours so customers don’t waste their time? So frustrating.
