Rosanna was very warm

My local Firestone dealer in West Bloomfield was able to replace the dead battery in my Outback in less than one hour, even though I was a walk-in customer. I have used this Firestone dealer to take care of many of the cars and SUVs I have owned over the years and have always been treated with friendlyness and respect as well as never having to go back to have any repairs I had them do.
I have recommended this dealer to many and look forward to have them continue to help take care of my vehicle in the future.

I was greeted politely by one of the service mechanics. He explained to me what they were going to do. After they were done he informed me they were unable to complete the diagnosis due to challenges with the connection & because the car was foreign. He gave me the results for what the diagnostic test did pick up & suggested I take it to the dealership. Firestone did not charge me due to a partial testing that was completed. That was a very courteous professional gesture. I would go back again if I needed to. I felt like I could trust them & that was the most important. Some places will get over on women due to lack of auto knowledge & probably would have charged me.Thank you Firestone. You made my visit mentally comfortable, I felt like I was at AllState(In good hands)🙂

I had a great experience! I needed a tire plugged and thank God they could do it for me! Other places told me I had to wait till the next day. Not happy! I was in and out in no time, service person was awesome. They are my number 1 auto repair shop!
