I can honestly say it’s the best place for car service you can go to I was surprised they were open on Sunday before Labor Day holiday Danny the manger was super nice and educational This will be my only place if I ever need service on my car.

My boyfriend's heat shield was coming off which led to his car to rattle pretty loudly. We were able to schedule an appointment very quickly and the service was excellent! The firestone website says its open until 7pm. I got here at 6pm and store is closed with no one around or a sign on the door. How am i supposed to pick up my car if everything is closed and no one answers the phone

Had a screw in the tire , and showed up very close to closing time . Didn’t think it would be looked at til tomorrow morning. Kyra , tired from working with the 90 degree heat ( outside ) took my car in , removed the screw and patched it shortly after . If you get warranty on your tires, they probably won't touch them because they don't want to be liable for replacing them... So what's the point of a warranty and using them for new tires. Didn't want to touch tires because it's under warranty... What?Service: Tires

Polite in person and on the phone. I was in town visiting family and had a problem with my tires and alignment. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they took care of my issue and covered it since I bought the tires from Firestone. Overall a great experience and made me feel like an appreciated and loyal customer should feel. Thank you guys for everything.

I went here for the first time today but I will definitely come again.When making my appointment on the phone the woman (Rosanna, maybe?) was very friendly and helpful and got me all the info I needed very quickly.When I arrived for my appointment the place was busy, but the person behind the desk (Shwin, maybe? Sorry, I'm awful at names!) was incredibly efficient, but also courteous. I brought in a ton of work to do while I waited, but barely got through it as all the work was done in less than two hours.They're also very honest - without thinking I told them I was prepared to pay for a more expensive service if something was wrong. Other shops would have definitely found something wrong in that case, but after working on my car they said I didn't actually need that service at this time.It's a bit out of the way for me but I plan to come back the next time I need any car maintenance! They were supposed to fix my coolant leak. Then they kept calling me to fix other stuff I didn't need them to fix. THEN I GOT MY CAR BACK MY COOLANT WAS NEVER FIXED. I CALLED BACK TO COMPLAIN LADY PUT ME ON HOLD. NEVER GO TO THESE THEIVES!

I drive out of the way to come to this specific location. I feel like I get an education even as I get service and they always work with me to find the discounts that corporate offers. I had a short break and was just going to get part of the services I needed but they promised and delivered an oil change and brand new tires in 35 minutes. Love this place!Services: Wheel alignment

Drove back home to MI for the long weekend. Woke up Sunday morning before I was planning to drive back and had a flat tire. Went to another shop first but they wouldn’t have been able to even LOOK at it to see if it was patchable or had to be replaced for a few hours. Went to firestone and in less than two hours I had my car back, tire all patched up. They were very friendly, worked quickly and got me back on the road. Will definitely take my car back over there if needed.Service: Tires

No heat in my car. Was told they checked the thermostat and it was fine. They then flushed the radiator and added fluid for $159.00. I told them this was a warranty repair, but they did not call the warranty company and the services were not covered, so I had to pay out of pocket. Handed me the keys and sent me on my way. I ran the car in the lot for several minutes, still no heat. I go back in, the fellow takes my keys, returns a few minutes later, tells me I need a radiator and heater core, would have to go to a radiator place or dealership, but that it would get a little warmer if the car was moving. So basically, they lied, did a repair that was incorrect, charged me and were going to let me leave WITH NO HEAT!Took car to Monro down the street, they replaced the thermostat and added fluid for $45 and I have heat in my car.
