When my husband & I discovered we left a very important package behind on our way out of town, we immediately knew who could save the day and called Goin Postal in West Bloomfield, Michigan, our locally owned “you name it, we can do it” shipping, printing, packaging neighborhood store.
They did not disappoint. Our package was delivered the next day!!!

My daughter and I stopped in to ship a package and had a wonderful experience with the folks there. It has been a long time since I've been to an establishment that provides such a high level of hospitality in such a short amount of time. There were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond my expectation of customer service. This will be my go-to place for all of my shipping needs. A big shout out to Greg for the amazing magic tricks that he showed my daughter and I. Great way to start off our Monday! We'll be back soon!

Where do I initiate the process? It began with addressing my shipping and printing needs. Then, in February, I encountered Girl Scout cookies, and now I am aware of their availability every late winter. Currently, Greg has accomplished something remarkable for the West Bloomfield schools transportation department. Unfortunately, a driver passed away due to a sudden illness. My colleagues and I approached Greg about designing a banner featuring her picture. We informed him of our grief, and he promptly created a beautiful banner. The design was impeccable, and we used it to decorate her bus, create t-shirts, and plan to hang it in our lounge as a permanent tribute. Thank you, Greg, for exceeding our expectations. I will definitely refer more people to you. Your work has had a profound impact on our mourning

The door says open until 4:30 today. I was there between 4:15 and 4:20 to drop off a package. There was staff inside, but the door was locked. This has happened to me two out of the three times I have tried to use this business. Obviously, they don't want to provide service to me.
