I have been a customer of this office for 17 years. Turns out that on 2014 and 2017 they provided incorrect advise on an tax issue which lead me to pay the IRS thousands of dollars in interest. I filed a “Peace of Mind” claim. It was rejected, eventhough my advisor herself said that it was their mistake. Do not spend your money here. The Peace of Mind guarantee is a scam and they will find some excuse to not pay.
