We bought a few boxes of food, but some were rotten. They should not be selling rotten food to customers. Be careful when buying food there.

Homemade kimchi is so delicious! ! The store has many Korean products, as well as handmade items. The kimchi came in two sizes and cost $11 each. The host was friendly.

Oct 2024. Korean Foods store with great local store vibes. If you like anime/import snacks they have all sorts of cool chips and instant ramens here. Grab-n-go has homemade kimchi, steamed buns, those nice yellow radish pickles. Take out in back makes Korean sushi rolls only $5.50 for a double size roll whoa π! They got hard to find Nishiki Rice and other good brands. They also have the elusive kewpie mayo and some fresh chili paste which is also hard to find now. Produce section has much better mushrooms than Meijer. πππ

Kappa used to carry more Japanese items than you'd be able to find at your local grocery stores. I just stopped in today & was sad to see that almost all the dry grocery items they used to carry are now gone.
It seems half the store is now stocked with Korean items. Nothing wrong with that but I used to go to Kappa instead of going to One World Market (& all that traffic).

1.2024I saw some delicious-looking fried chicken covered in sauce as a side dish, so I bought it! The drum and chicken wings were delicious. Standard kimchi and squid kimchi? Changja? It's also delicious! I was looking for instant ramen that wasn't too spicy, but I couldn't find one, so I bought one at random. My family tried it, but apparently they didn't like it.6.2023 When I visited in the afternoon, boiled squid sashimi was just being served on the table. It looks really delicious (ginger soy sauce is the best lol) I was hesitant but bought it! It was absolutely delicious. The classic kimchi, gimbap, and japchae. It's a shame that I can only come here once in a while.3.2023 First visit in a while. There were several items that I wanted. This is my second time buying kimchi here, and it's just as delicious as the first time! I'm about to run out of Korean seaweed, so I bought this, which is the most delicious. It's still delicious!Found a Korean market while running errands!! First visit. I had my favorite Korean ramen. I also bought kimchi ($5.99) and gimbap ($4). The kimchi was a little spicy, but it was good and very tasty. It was better than kimchi from other restaurants. The kimbap was also delicious.It was a problem because some products had price stickers and some didn't. The one next to Kimpa has it, but it doesn't stick to Kimpa. Is it displayed somewhere? Well, I asked my aunt (lol) I also had Japchae, which I love, but maybe next time.
