Today at 4:43pm I walk in Vibe with my family eager to deposit two big checks and start a new account because we are newly married. However, MacKenzie Randolph told us that she could not help us because they closed at 5pm and we wanted to open too many accounts. I asked if she could make an exception and open just one account instead, She appeared annoyed and said “OK”.
We then provided our DTE Bill and homeowner condo insurance. MacKenzie said that she would still not be able to help us because we had our old address on there along with the new address. We then asked if she could please just go off our license and she advised that she could not then quickly showed us the door.

Whenever I enter the branch I am always greeted! I have dealt with Lisa on multiple occasions. She takes such great care of me! Great account suggestions, better interest etc. Lisa is always thorough in whatever task I may ask of her!! I ALWAYS leave the branch better off than when I entered!🙂

The branch manager Lisa is an absolute nightmare to deal with. This is the only branch I've ever had issues with. She decided to lock my card, and I've spent the past 45 minutes trying to get it unlocked.
