I have had great service here in the past. They opened at 10am today (Sunday). I showed up before 1pm to get some paint and the door was locked. Sign in the window that they are out to lunch, be back soon. No idea when they were planning on coming back so I just left. Guess I will make sure to call first before heading to this store.

Maybe they have good options to consider before jumping into a project, but I wouldn't know, because the service staff were not very helpful during my 3 visits to the store. They showed little interest in helping me find solutions to paint projects that were not straightforward, basically pointing with their fingers to the area of the store I should visit.For true customer service, visit Teknicolor Paint on 12 Mile Rd for Benjamin Moore products. Read my review of their store for the full picture. The difference was amazing.

Totally disorganized store. Multiple products out of stock. Employees are trying hard but management should have more people working. Only one person mixing paint and one person trying to help a line of customers and answer the phones. Took 30 minutes just to be helped only to be told items were out of stock and constantly be interrupted by the phone or other customers in need of assistance on the floor. We heard customers be referred to other stores to purchase specific paints both days we visited
