Will not visit any other store in the area but this one. I was forced to visit this store because the one in my area was closed(it was 10:20am). Dex was awesome. I didn't get the other reps name but she was awesome as well. In and out within 30 mins. Customer service was excellent. No issues, answered any questions I had about my account. Definitely the best store in the area.

Gabby and Ondrea were so helpful and friendly! I’m not a “tech” person and they took the time to explain everything to me so I would understand. So helpful getting me internet, changing my phone plan, and purchasing a new watch! Didn’t try to up-sell me on things I didn’t need but made sure to get me what I did need. I have other T-Mobile stores near me but continue to go out of my way to this one because of the outstanding customer service and support from the staff at this location! I would highly recommend them for any T-Mobile services, support, supplies, whatever you need!

Buyer be ware! Paid for reviews and aggressively dishonest salespeople!Been a customer at those location when it was Sprint and have purchased many phones throughout the years with 0 issues until they became TMobile.I ordered a phone from these people on 9/30, paid them $103.10. Was told a wait time of 4-8 days and that I would be able to track the phone through email and would be notified when the phone arrives at the store for a store pickup, only on pickup day we were told we never ordered and to get out. Called corporate and store changed their tune and gave me my phone.Shop elsewhere if you want a competent experience.

We recently merged over to T-mobile and we were promised this "amazing" promotion for moving over from Sprint. We all had recently updated/new phones so we weren't in need of any upgrades, however, they assured us if we got the newest model we would not be charged since we were merged over. We were told one price and then when our bill came it was significantly higher. We called and went to their location several times and nothing was resolved because our bill is still not was agreed on. Ashley was the one who set our account up and she still hasn't fixed this issue for us. I'm super upset with the act and false promises we were given. Please don't trust this location.

As a long time T-Mobile customer I stopped by this store and talked with Mathew because my Samsung A71 microphone did not seem to be working. Mathew performed a series of tests and confirmed the mic was inopertive. Instead of pressuring me to buy a new phone he coached me to call Samsung which I did. Samsung directed me to a UBreakIFix repair station that corrected the problem within a few hours. Mathew listened to my problem description and identified logical steps in the proper order resuting in a solution and a happy T-Mobile customer.

My sister was on my plan and ported her number to a new service. This store would not accept her old phone back in store (that they secretly have charged me $40 a month in the fine print). Both workers told me they could not accept the phone in store and were forcing me to call their customer service I order to turn the phone in through mail? Just a money grab for the process of returning the phone to take longer continue to charge me.

For the last year I’ve been coming to this location even though I live far away. I recommend working with Jacob, he always goes above and beyond for me and everyone that comes into the store. He is very knowledgeable with the technology and without asking any extra questions and issues. Thank you, great job!
