The customer service is disappointingly poor and inflexible. I’m interested in joining the pickleball membership, and as a first-timer, I asked if I could try it during today’s open play before deciding. Unfortunately, I was firmly rejected and told I need to be brought in by a member. I don’t understand – is this too much to ask? Also, what about the free 3-day trial?

Worst customer interaction I've ever experienced. The black/brown haired worker has a power complex and was very rude. Unbelievable how unprofessional the treatment was. Wish I could give a 0 star, never give a bad review but wow

First, it is not easy to know where to go in. And once you pick a door, it is a maze inside. Give yourself time the first time you go. Unless you are there for tennis (south side) you may need to ask someone. The sidelines are narrow in some fields, and they will share them shortening your field. $$ over comfort or practical play.

Very disappointed with the club. The kids classes are very expensive and they do not allow make ups. So if your kid is sick one week or 2 you’re out of luck. They also do not want to pay for someone to be by the other entrance the the tennis and gymnastics so everyone gets stuck scrambling to find a spot on the west side entrance when there are tons of spots on the other side and much easier access to the tennis, gymnastics, soccer and martial arts. Not to mention you’re paying tons of money with no updates throughout the years and barely cleaned and unsanitary.

Good set of activities, but beware.. it's an uphill task to reschedule classes, especially for Gymnastics. Their option for make-up lessons is an utter joke. Also, their entire focus is more on competitive coaching.other cons - slow progress, almost no feedback on child's performance other than the end of the season sheet with some ratings by a student coach.

Wonderful club - state of art new equipment, great trainers, wonderful yoga. Well managed and the best price around for all you get. Also have a cool computer lab which kids love.

At least they got to email the members if any facility(s) is down & up for maintenance. Wasting peoples time going back and forth due to missing notification.

Long-time member of the Sports club. This is my daily workout facility. I use the gym and take a few classes per week. They offer a lot more than I use, tennis, kids classes, a field house. The gym is excellent for me. They have a wide variety of equipment, which is plus for me. There is a good amount of free weights, dumbbells, and kettle bells. The Sports Club has a some cable equipment, and a QueenEx (like a jungle gym) which has TRX-type equipment. They have a number of machines. There is not a lot of open space in the gm, but there is enough room for normal workout. At a couple of times the gym can be packed, but normally there is plenty of space. And, there are times the gym is completely empty. There is a cardio section on a different level from the gym, which has treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, etc...They also have a short track around the gym area, which people walk. The classes are very good. Most people could get by taking the classes (which are included) in place of a personal trainer (they have those, as well). My Favorite thing - Towell service. I need a towel when I workout, and I cannot express how much I love that The Sports Club has them available. They do a pretty good job keeping the facility clean. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating. The only real downside for me is the building needs some upkeep, and the parking is a disaster - think grocery store. The club is on the expensive side for running on a treadmill, but it is well priced if you make use of all the club offers.

Very irresponsible and careless club, they announced the pickleball none- member dropin time and they have just changed it without any notice for none members! Our group drove from different places to play and all they can say we are sorry! Ok, we wanna become members! We can sign up and pay NOW!, we can pay for reservations! Anything! Just lets not waste 2 hours of our time, no resolution! The front desk lady is left without any authority or tools to resolve this very bad situation! Very annoying! What a waste of time!

This is definitely one of the nicer planet fitness locations I’ve seen- the locker room is huge and the equipment is awesome.

I have never had a payment issue; I Wrote, called; explained. I will pay to keep my stellar credit history but wont be back. Short sighted and disappointing.
