“I cannot say enough good things. This is BY FAR the cleanest thrift store I’ve ever been to. There were a lot of staff (all very friendly), the racks were immaculately neat and easy to shop and the offer I got for what I was selling was very fair! The product is fairly priced and they have a wide range of brands from designer to budget.
I only stopped in because I had a frustrating selling experience at a nearby Plato’s Closet and came here since I noticed it was close by. I don’t know why I haven’t been going here all along! I have definitely been converted to become an Uptown Cheapskate loyalist. I’ll be coming back again and again!”
“My first visit the Pathway was filled with ooohs and aaahs. They have a wonderful selection of items (vintage & resale). I purchased shell shaped gold bookends and I LOVE them.”

“Love going to this thrift store. Everything is laid out perfectly, there is rarely a mess of the fitting rooms and all of the staff is a delight to be around. I even used to volunteer here as well which was always a wonderful experience.”

“Great experience all around from scheduling a pick up, getting a call an hour before pick up, and then two young gentleman Ramzi and Mike arriving when they said they would. They were very professional and personable. The thrift store is truly blessed to have these two guys working for them! ? ”
“Great spot. Came in when they were running an estate sale. The owner is so nice and knowledgeable. It's much larger than it looks on the outside. Full main floor and a basement full! I was very impressed. I was just looking online you see if you were open today because I was going to pop-in and see what I missed the first time. The shop is literally full floor to ceiling with things from every era and style. Definitely worth the stop.”
“This place here has it ALL ? GREAT ATMOSPHERE/PEOPLE. Will take you back to your childhood. Make it a family trip and walk around and you WILL find something. Don't forget to go to the back where the restrooms are and grab a bag of the BEST POPCORN? in town.”
“If you have old fixtures and need a replacement part, older door knobs, like retro things, need wood or reasonably priced flooring this place may have what you need. Many different things are donated then sold at very reasonable prices. I donate working equipment here often and also buy here often. If your a handy person, builder or do it yourself type this place is worth a stop!”
“My aunt recently passed away and me and my dad were trying very hard to clear out her condo. Much of the stuff we were taking out was going into the garbage a lot of it was still really good. Luckily we ran into Jason and Derek in their truck when we were pulling into the subdivision that day to work on her condo. They were able to use just about everything in the condo which is great I'd much rather see it go to help somebody in need than to be thrown away in the garbage. Jason and Derek were very professional and friendly and did a great job we were so lucky to run into them today”
“Favorite resale store. Convenient location in Pontiac on N. Telegraph Road. Check it out every Friday for specials on the tag colors. Only complaint is they use staples to anchor the clothes price tags. Get great bargains on pictures and lamps and more. Bought a wooden chair there years ago for $2.00. Cleaned it up and love it.”

I’ve found beautiful vintage cloisonné, West Germany bracelets, cameos, and the most whimsical clothing pieces here. Half off days are amazing for those who want to contribute to a good cause but are on a budget. I recently found 5 beautiful whimsical clothing items for under $10.
Every purchase helps feed people in the community. I get pretty things AND I get to help feed people. Thrifting here feels magical in more ways than one.”
“I've found some very good things from clothes, shoes, coats and household decor. I normally stop by every Friday for their 5 items for $5.00 depending on the color tag. But 5 for 5 is always good.”

“So excited to have found a TON of gently used picture books that I know my art and reading students will LOVE! It was buy 3 get 2 free and I ended up finding several titles I would’ve spent a fortune to buy on Amazon for around $2 at Once Upon A Child. They had multiple deals going and am looking forward to going back sometime to check out the clothes and toys!
Also I am so appreciative of the staff’s graciousness, patience, and kindness ringing up such a tedious book order after close (don’t do what I did and completely lose track of time shopping and accidentally overstay well after close). Also make sure to byo bags/containers :)”

“The store was clean, neat, and organized despite there only being one visible worker/cashier there. The cashier was friendly. I found a cool brass candle stick holder and a cute tea cup and saucer set here and polos for work, all reasonably priced. Unfortunately their toddler girls section was limited to only 2 pairs of pants. That was my only disappointment but I work at a different rival thrift store so I know this is not entirely under their control. It all depends on what is donated. I'd come back here again.”
