I go to this UPS store every week day. The staff is SUPER FRIENDLY, attentive, and helpful. They go above and beyond to make it easier for me there. The store is clean and organized and the owner is a really nice guy. I highly recommend this location!

Terrible experience. My sister-in-law paid $120 to send us our daughter’s phone which tracks her blood sugars overnight, after we forgot it on the way to the airport. They claimed she actually paid for three day shipping (which is crazy to think that it would cost that much for something that’s 8 ounces). She had already been to USPS but they couldn’t guarantee next day so she came here. When I followed up with them, they told me she signed off on it getting there three days later. I explained that she had gone out of her way and above and beyond to try to get us this medical necessity. They said it was on us and they did nothing wrong. I explained that we are footing the bill and she just wanted to get it to us so their employees clearly miss something. They pretty much told this tough luck even after I offered to donate any offer to one of her medical foundations. Please stay clear of this location.
