I just received 4 records delivered New from USPS. Most corners were dented on each record. The box was slammed on the corners multiple times to get this result. They could not care less at this office.

The staff is incredibly rude, I’m disappointed in how they treated not just me but my 13 yr old sister like we were both idiots. They have ZERO business speaking to people the way they do. I’d rather go to ups to get my things shipped where they are actually nice to people.

This is THE worst USPS location I've been too! Bar none! It's like the staff doesn't even feel that they are at work! So I professional, disrespectful and rude! So nonchalant about customers service...it's insane. Never seen anything like it!
There are 11 people in line. ONE person at the counter and he's on a personal phone call!!!!!!! NOT servicing us!!! JUST WOW!

There are thieves in the Temple! The USPS is one of the last entities I feel you can (or should be able to)trust in this world. Last Monday (Dec. 2nd) I went to the USPS West Bloomfield, Daly Rd. location. This location is perpetually understaffed and unprofessional. However, it's the closest one to my home. I mailed a birthday card to my girlfriend who lives in Warren Mi. Also enclosed was a 50.00 gift card. I purchased a USPS large brown envelope to ensure security and paid extra postage. It's now past one week, and she has not received her package. I can only conclude that at this juncture, someone employed at the United States Post Office is a THIEF. This is a DAMN SHAME!!!! The nerve, the audacity to do this to someone, to take something from anyone no matter where you work, but this is extra LOW. Even worse, there is no action that I can take that would be to my satisfaction in order to make this right.
Update: Today, December 26th, my girlfriend informed me that she received her card in today's mail. I am beyond thrilled that she has received her card and gift. I don't understand why it took so long for it to reach her just on the other side of town ( 22 days), but I'm just so happy it did. So, instead of erasing the first review, I decided to update it instead. Thank you, USPS, for all you do and for somewhat restoring my faith that's was greatly tested.

I can't speak to anyone in the post office! Their voice system doesn't give you the option of speaking to a representative. Unbelievable!

Every time I go in, I only see 1 person working the counter. Even when lines are up to 15 people, there's only 1 person at counter. The positive 1 star is for that one person who's working hard at the counter.

After I stood in line for my turn the lady behind the counter refused to serve me in another lady because she said they’re closed.!!!! That’s a horrible service.

I paid 10 dollars for priority mail and they didn’t even mail it any quicker. Said it would take 3 days and took 10 days total. Waste of my money! DO NOT GO HERE.

Hey. USPS: at lunchtime, you need more than one clerk at the counter. It shouldn't take a half hour just to calculate the postage on a small package

One of the worst experiences ever! The man in the picture was extremely rude, simply because he didn’t understand what I was saying. Despite having requested the same service over 30 times at this exact location, he couldn’t comprehend that I needed a postal verification. Instead, he repeatedly tried to give me a money order or “postal check.” When I explained that wasn’t what I wanted, he dismissed me and made me wait for someone named Darlene, who never showed up. The service was terrible. I rarely leave reviews, but this guy's behavior was unacceptable—he even treated two elderly people the same way. He should be fired!

I was helped today by Mr. Alam. He tried to pressure me into leaving him a positive review even though he messed up my mail and scanned my prepaid packages I was sending out as being "picked up". Is he trying to win a pizza party or something?
