Went in for the sims card to be replaced for my laptop, while he was working on it, with out telling me he changed my verizon plan on all my lines that I had for years and replaced it with a more expensive one. I found out later in the day when I got an email from verizon telling me that the current plan has been changed.

I'm really surprised this site is rated so highly. I went into the store. You couldn't tell who worked there. No one welcomed me or told me to "take a number". There were a few people sitting with grim expressions (perhaps waiting to be helped), and two people focused on devices yet not communicating with the few people at their table. Then one of the people focused on a device made a few curt dismissive explanations (and smirked) to a older man with questions. I walked out.

I recently visited the Verizon store and had the pleasure of being helped by Nick F. He went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. Nick was polite, patient, and respectful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. He also double checked everything was working my phone before I left. His service was exceptional and made my visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Nick F. to anyone visiting the store. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Already have Verizon phone plan and recently, they Set me up with newest 5G home internet, it is Great! No more cable bills, Im extremely pleased with all! I very much appreciate the in store help to help me understand all and make it so easy for me!

So glad RALPH is there. Been having trouble getting a return label FIRST was sent Co address from 30 years go 2md never got. Went to 12 /orchard lake location guy there told me Ralph gone and he would help me but when I asked to get another return label he said he would dial the number but would not speak to Verizon for me
He was rude sod he would dial the number and give me the phone
He directed to where Ralph was. Told me Maple next TO THE CVS. Not there
Ended up at Maple and Haggerty and they directed me correctly. Your guy at 12 and Orchard lk was Rude. I will not go there again.

This young man was a treat to speak to. Patience is his middle name. Being a senior he is a delight to help you in so many ways. Purchase a new phone and feel very confident after he assured me of completing the process as they say now. So nice to TALK to a PERSON who is happy to help. Many thanks.
