Don’t know where to start from
All I got to say the worse customer service
There is a lady that I don’t think she speaks English and working as a pharmacist 🤔🤔🤔 makes you wonder if you will get the right medication.. I just can’t believe Walgreens has gone down from previous years
This lady has the worse attitude and rude no customer service at all . I will be definitely be switching pharmacies..

I just can't anymore with this location. I left this Walgreens over a year ago bc of the consistent idiots that are employed there. There was an awesome one, an Asian woman, but saw less of her and the others incompetence has ruined all she established with me. Since Rite Aid in Novi closed, my scripts were sent back to this hellhole Walgreens. I've given so many chances, but it's the same torture. There's always an issue filling my meds whether they just don't, it's out of stock, or Im always having to walk an employee thru my primary and secondary insurances for my meds to be covered. They would lazily try my primary only, say it's not covered and want to charge me several hundred. (My secondary insurance covers it in full, but just needs the primary denial to run it) I'm not the one employed here nor paid to do what should be so easy and known. Whoever is in charge of medication inventory is lacking any proactive brain cell for this business. When I visited my Dr for an injury, she sent scripts right over. I waited for a text from Walgreen's that they were ready but nothing. It was getting late in the day and I needed the script. I called and after being on hold for 20 mins, I was told that I was supposed to call them to request them to be filled. What?? Ok, I'll play your ridiculous game and this is is my request to please fill these asap. I was told "give us an hour and they'll be ready to pickup". I returned in an hour only to be told there's no pharmacist here now to dispense your meds. What the heck?? Mind you, it's now 7p on a weekday. I cried I was in so much physical pain and now mental pain from this place. If you love to call a business, get placed on a 20 min hold, have someone finally pickup and disconnect it, so u call again, stay on hold for another 20 mins, have a girl answer, u explain why you're calling, she says ok hold on a minute, then 10 minutes answers the same call with "how can I help u?" and doesn't acknowledge she's the same one u already explained this to and all she can answer is "I don't know" Instead of proactively getting an answer....then this is the pharmacy for u. Pay attention to reviews that have dealt with this incompetent Walgreens over time. Nothing has changed. Zero management skills and bottom of the barrel hiring practice. What a waste of a great location.

They take days to send an email saying your rx is ready, then when you get there they say they don't have it! What is going on here?

Yep I can see why pharmacy gets such low reviews. I stood in line and watched car after car after car go through the outside pickup while one person is helping everyone inside with one customer holding up the line for 10 minutes.

Why when I walk in and smile, and I'm nice every time I go in there, and they're rude. I've not given up. I still after 50 + times going I've continued to be nice. But now I'm starting to feel like a real asshole because I have a business and if I did that once to somebody that came into my store, they would be writing about it the first time. I've been on this side of town for two years, taking care of my mother with dementia, so that's why I'm going to this Walgreens. But I am getting so fed up especially after today with the pharmacy rudeness. I don't know how this place can be in business . They may have the older generation coming there for a convenience. I understand people working and having bad days and I don't take that personally but when I've been going there this many times and spending that much money there and it's a constant thing there's a huge problem! When a pharmacy doesn't have a medication that the doctor called in and they say well sorry we don't know when it's gonna be here that could be life-threatening . Maybe they should call the doctors office and say listen we don't have this we don't know when we're gonna have it call another pharmacy up.. but no they don't want to help you. They're just rude.. And on top of that because I'm on the side of town I had my prescriptions sent to this Walgreens and I'll go to pick them up three days later and they still don't have them ready !

I am so sick of Walgreen's all together. For more than one month this location has had one issue or another, phone lines, computer and now Donna the pharmacist not showing up for work the pharmacy is closed. Medication that was filled can't be dispensed without a pharmacist and forget about refilling a prescription. I had to take my 96 yr old mother to emergency because I couldn't get her medication. Another pharmacy couldn't refill because it was already filled but we were unable to pick up I hope Donna burns in hell I have filled a complaint with the Michigan Board of Pharmacy against Donna and Walgreens. We have transferred all the prescriptions from my household to another pharmacy all together. I have filed a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General. For the record I have also contacted the Walgreens corporate office in IL and they didn't seem to be concerned at all. This is UNACCEPTABLE Hope Walgreens goes bankrupt, greedy money hungry billion dollar corporation that has no consideration for its customers.

The pharmacy service is absolutely terrible and takes forever. Do not recommend any walgreens pharmacies bc they all seem to be like that

Nobody ever answers the phone whenever you call, always an issue receiving prescriptions, if there’s a problem filling the prescription they never seem to know why and sometimes will be VERY rude when you try to ask. Strongly recommend a different pharmacy.

They missed my medication 30pills l died called too many times they don't care they charge money they don't gimme pills back I am soo bad feeling please don't do it

They miscounted the pills. Make sure you count the pills at the front of them when picking up. They are never fixing the issues.

It took 30 minutes each of the 3 times I called to reach the pharmacy. For 2 of the 3 calls, I was disconnected multiple times because the line hangs up after ringing for so long. For one of the calls, I was routed 3 times to the cashier because the pharmacy would not pick up. The drive thru is closed because of short staff. I wish I would have known before wasting gas. I specifically needed drive thru services. I had an immunocompromised person with me and could not go inside to get their medication. In addition, my doctor's office had confirmation prescriptions were received, but the pharmacy had no record. Very inconvenient, inefficient and time consuming process to get prescriptions from this pharmacy.
