Certainly disappointed with Witbeck. We ordered a very pricey Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer from them. While the one year wait for the item wasn't their fault, they never called us when it came in. I discovered it was in after calling them. Their delivery people gouged a chunk out of our solid oak door, and dented the side of the refrigerator by slamming it against a solid brass door handle on the way into the kitchen. I had to shout to alert them before they did even more damage. Fortunately, the unit is built in and the dent is concealed (we don't want to wait another year.) Then the installers arrived to set it up, and were bustling out the door when I called them back to point out that the French doors were at least 3/8" out of alignment. Oops! The installer adjusted it a bit and told me it couldn't be adjusted any better (it's not exactly in line.) Fingerprints were left all over the stainless front. After they left I discovered that one door drawer was flawed (it has many black inclusions inside the clear plastic.) Documentation with the unit said to call the dealer first in case of problems, so I called the salesman at Witbeck twice over the next two days but he did not call back. I called the manager, Walter, who told me I had to deal with the problem myself and should call the number he gave me. Customer service is lacking at Witbeck, and I can not recommend their delivery service or installers.

Installation of my Wolf Stove Hood/Blower was completed today.The entire process from ordering, pre-installation site review, scheduling and final install was effective, clear and efficient. Installation by Jerad and William went exceptionally well and they did an outstanding job. Thank you Big George's & Witbeck. Will look forward to our next project.

I don't have strong feelings about this place but I will say the installers did an excellent job. Even if they did look at me like I was stupid when I asked a question. They did seem miserable though so maybe they hated their job.

I would NEVER buy from this store again. Every single appliances we bought from them is defective, bought $10k worth.The washer broke first use (eventually replaced by GE after 6months as they couldn’t repair it).The microwave wall oven combo was defective from day 1 so never been used at all…and Frigidaire sent their technician to repair for one year, then refunded the money back but now we’re stuck with the unit that doesn’t work.The refrigerator started making noise within 6 months and freezes everything despite of us following manual guidance on where/how to store food.And finally, the dryer broke after just 15min to of use.During our purchase, our sales person, Pedro was super nice. As soon as we paid and the damaged washer issues came up, his tone changed. When I called him to get more details on delivery times (as they can’t coordinate well apparently), he said “Ms. Patel, I already explained everything to your husband”.we were recommended to use this appliance shop by the Sales person of Pulte home convincing that they were affiliated and would ensure that the appliances fit. But nope, the refrigerator and wall oven didn’t fit. Luckily, they were still constructing this community and had carpenter onsite that adjusted the cabinets.Absolutely horrible experience.Though, I will say, Jeanette who answered my questions about warranty, is awesome and very helpful. The only reason Is give them 1 star.

While all ended well, several phone calls were required to get my delivery correct. I had specifically confirmed that the mini-fridge would be delivered inside the house, unpacked, and all packing materials removed. Additionally, the sales person (Jun) wrote on the order that the handle was to be attached. Finally, I requested a PM delivery, which was specified on the invoice.I got a confirmation that the delivery window would be between 11:30-4:30. All was well until the day of delivery - I was notified before 10 AM that the delivery was taking place in the next 15 minutes. I was out walking the dog but fortunately could run home in time for the truck.The delivery driver immediately informed me that even though the invoice specified an inside delivery with unpacking and placement of the handle, he was not going to do so - he would deliver it to the garage only. I then called the store, got the store manager, and he called his manager. After speaking with me, the store manager asked to speak with him, and no resolution was reached. The store manager then called the delivery manager and somehow over-ruled the decision to leave the fridge in the garage, and in about 15 minutes, the fridge was in the house with the handle attached, and the packing materials were removed. I'm sure I will enjoy the fridge, but didn't really need the additional stress of a 90 minute+ early delivery and being informed that what had been agreed to wasn't going to happen.

Team did a great job delivering (inspite of bad weather) and installing on time. Did not complain when they had to make multiple visits to make sure everything is working fine.

It was a pleasure working with this company. The salesman, Joseph Mate, was knowledgeable and extremely patient, answering all my many questions and concerns without any signs of impatience or annoyance. The delivery people were polite and efficient. I highly recommend the company.
