“I prefer this Chico's location in West Bloomfield over some others Chico's in the area due to it's outstanding customer service. Associates are always friendly, professional and helpful. I was shopping there yesterday and was helped by Elizabeth. This lady definitely has a great sense of style and knowledge in fashion, she gave me a few helpful tips, helped to locate the merchandise, find sizes and put outfits together. I felt welcomed while in the store. I ended up purchasing a few beautiful pieces and found some great deals. Prices are very competitive considering today's prices in general. One of the jackets I bought was originally $119. Store had a sale yesterday, 35% off, plus I am a passport member, which gives me another 5% off the purchase. It is a beautiful linen jacket, I wore it today when I went out to breakfast to an upscale restaurant for a special occasion and got a few compliments. I like Chico's brand in general, but this West Bloomfield location is my number one favorite due to it's outstanding customer service, welcoming atmosphere and a larger selection of merchandise.”

In the world of big box stores and worse, impersonal internet immediate gratification shopping, few stores stand on their morals and beliefs today as they did 4 decades ago... It amazing to see the families second generation now so involved and running things and maintaining the same values, customer relationships, attention to detail and shoppers happiness over the sale as they do. You never see a smile of satisfaction when you hit place order on amazon. To support these type of businesses even if it means you may pay a dollar more here or there is what will maintain the american dream and insure that when you need someone to tell you the truth.."your ass looks fat in that jean and skinny in this one" you won't get that outside of your local small business retailer...the effort that goes into opening the door, servicing the customer and turning the lights off at night shows each time you walk in....I am happy to know the owners and feel like family for over 20 years!”

I appreciate that the clothes are good quality and quite a good selection of natural fabrics-100% cotton, wool/cashmere, etc. I had just meant to pop in and ended up shopping for a couple hours. The Team who helped me pick out clothes had great energy! The store was having a fall trunk show which was fun to see a preview; even though my mindset was more focused on spring clothes the preview for fall was making me excited for sweater season already! I'd definitely return and recommend!”
“Thank you to the team at this location. I called looking for my son the white Air Force ones. Initially, I was told they didn’t have anymore. Disappointing but understandable due to this being a popular shoe. Plus, I’m looking for it the day before Easter. However, just a few minutes later a salesperson called me back to inform me that they found a pair and to come pick them up. I appreciated them doing that. It made my whole day. It was a small gesture but it meant a lot.”
