A huge thank you to the west branch staff for going above and beyond to help me out. I was going on a trip to Denver with family and was held up at the airport for not having enough battery life on my poc oxygen machine and missed my flight. No one in the Detroit area had a battery for me and I called and Amy and Cynthia brought me a battery half way to Detroit to meet me so I could make the next flight in the evening. That was so nice. Thank you so much.

I’ve been working with ABC for a couple of years now and they have been the best ever to work with. They have gone over and above on helping me. They are the kindest and most caring people to work with. From the office people like Amy and kathy to all the delivery people to the therapist. I can’t say enough about how great thy are. I totally recommend going with them.

Terrible company. Only needed one Swift FX nasal pillow mask. Several phone calls, no return calls, got a runaround about the information they needed. When I supplied everything they required, including sleep studies, a different person answering the phone didn't know about the information I already sent them. After weeks, I finally received my mask but it was the wrong item. I am dreading the time I need a new one... This all occurred early in 2022.

ABC Medical Supply West Branch location has absolutely amazing staff. When I call in my order the office staff are so friendly. The drivers always take their time checking my equipment & supplying me with my needs. My respiratory therapist always listens to my needs & assists me with techniques to help me with my breathing.

I will never use this company again. I have been on hold over 20 minutes. They are trying to bill me for 2 months rental of a wheelchair my husband was to get use of for free and I have only had it less that 1 months. I think they are ripping off insurance companies and people

ABC Medical Supplies, very knowledgeable. Everyone there is nice and polite. Josh, came out to the house and set up my NIV (BIPAP) machine and explained everything to me and was very helpful. He was polite and knew his job well. I recommend this place.
