“Had a warranty issue on a 2024 F 250 and 3 other dealerships told me they couldn’t even look at the truck for 2-3 weeks… This is a work truck that gets used every day by myself and I could not be down for that long. Drove 1.5 hours here and they pulled it in immediately and scanned and replaced coil and we were gone in 40 minutes!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! “After an accident on the 19th September, I needed a collision shop to assess my damage and repair. The insurance company gave me 3 choice companies they use, but I could have taken the vehicle to any shop of my own choosing. I chose West Branch Collision Inc from the 3 that my adjuster mentioned. The owner, Gary was kind and went immediately to look at the vehicle. He then had me driven to Gaylord to collect my rental vehicle, which I had arranged ahead of time. Within 2 days I had an answer from Gary, and a call from my adjuster, the vehicle was totalled. We followed up over the next two days, and because it was a coordinated effort on the part of West Branch Collision, my insurance company and me, I am waiting for my check from the insurance company as we speak and will purchase a new vehicle as soon as I can. Thank you very much Gary.”
“The only place I go for oil changes! They’re very accommodating!! During my last oil change my 2 year old daughter said she was scared and wanted to leave. The man working asked if he could give her a sucker so she wouldn’t be scared and it worked! Now she tells everyone about getting the oil changed. Great place with great employees!”

“Thank you to the techs there!!My daughter's car broke down on the way back to CMU on Thanksgiving weekend. My parents live in Rose City but we aren't from the area.We had the car towed to Snider's and left a note in the drop box about what the suspectednissue was. We called that Monday to check on the status. We were told that they currently were down to one tech and it would be at least Tuesday until it could be looked at; not ideal but nothing we could do and everyone was home safe.They called on Tuesday and Snider's confirmed what we suspected and gave us a quote in the range we were expecting. We got a second call about a bolt broken in the manifold with an additional quote. We gave the go ahead and we were quite pleased when we were called back and told that the tech was able to remove the bolt without removing the exhaust manifold, yeah!We paid for the repairs over the phone and Snider's allowed my parents to pick up the keys so that we could get the car on Saturday when they were closed.Overall, we were very satisfied with the service.”
