“These guys got me in right away for a failing valve stem. Replaced the valve stem and charged me $15, I gave the mechanic a $10 tip as it was worth that at a minimum.”

“Had a warranty issue on a 2024 F 250 and 3 other dealerships told me they couldn’t even look at the truck for 2-3 weeks… This is a work truck that gets used every day by myself and I could not be down for that long. Drove 1.5 hours here and they pulled it in immediately and scanned and replaced coil and we were gone in 40 minutes!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! “Thank you to the techs there!!My daughter's car broke down on the way back to CMU on Thanksgiving weekend. My parents live in Rose City but we aren't from the area.We had the car towed to Snider's and left a note in the drop box about what the suspectednissue was. We called that Monday to check on the status. We were told that they currently were down to one tech and it would be at least Tuesday until it could be looked at; not ideal but nothing we could do and everyone was home safe.They called on Tuesday and Snider's confirmed what we suspected and gave us a quote in the range we were expecting. We got a second call about a bolt broken in the manifold with an additional quote. We gave the go ahead and we were quite pleased when we were called back and told that the tech was able to remove the bolt without removing the exhaust manifold, yeah!We paid for the repairs over the phone and Snider's allowed my parents to pick up the keys so that we could get the car on Saturday when they were closed.Overall, we were very satisfied with the service.”
“The only place I go for oil changes! They’re very accommodating!! During my last oil change my 2 year old daughter said she was scared and wanted to leave. The man working asked if he could give her a sucker so she wouldn’t be scared and it worked! Now she tells everyone about getting the oil changed. Great place with great employees!”
