“My wife and I were stranded in West Branch going to our cabin in Roscommon. Jim immediately took our vehicle in, determined the problem and told us it woul take 4 hours to complete. He then provided us with a loaner, so we could go to our cabin. A few hours later we picked up our vehicle and the price was very reasonable. Jim provides Top notch auto and customer service. I could not be more impressed, and HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyobe.”
“Very affordable, did a good job replacing my flex pipe. Car sounds great! Sorry to my neighbors it took me so long to get this fixed. In a pinch with not the easiest of exhaust leaks to fix? Go here.

“I went into the Performance Plus Quick Oil Change and even though it was somewhat close to the closing time, I was greeted professionally and very welcoming. I had excellent service from Ricky, Leonardo and Robert. I have 74,000 on my Mazda and have never been asked to check my cabin air filter. Ricky opened up my glove box and pulled out the filter. It was a complete mess and I gladly bought another one (with no pressure to do so). The whole oil change went smoothly and an appropriate amount of time was taken to ensure that everything was in good shape before I left. Kudos to the three young gentlemen and please know that your efforts are greatly appreciated! Please keep up the great work!!”

“Thank you to the techs there!!My daughter's car broke down on the way back to CMU on Thanksgiving weekend. My parents live in Rose City but we aren't from the area.We had the car towed to Snider's and left a note in the drop box about what the suspectednissue was. We called that Monday to check on the status. We were told that they currently were down to one tech and it would be at least Tuesday until it could be looked at; not ideal but nothing we could do and everyone was home safe.They called on Tuesday and Snider's confirmed what we suspected and gave us a quote in the range we were expecting. We got a second call about a bolt broken in the manifold with an additional quote. We gave the go ahead and we were quite pleased when we were called back and told that the tech was able to remove the bolt without removing the exhaust manifold, yeah!We paid for the repairs over the phone and Snider's allowed my parents to pick up the keys so that we could get the car on Saturday when they were closed.Overall, we were very satisfied with the service.”

“Today I had to have a valve stem replaced on my wife's tire. I contacted the Walmart Auto Care Center in West Branch on a Sunday and I was grateful they were open. Once I arrived, I was immediately greeted kindly by a Auto Care Technician. The service was prompt, the information was specific and to the point. The technician named Bowser, was extremely helpful, and made the experience easy and amazing. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Great job, great staff, and thank you!”
