“The integrity and trustworthiness of the staff here is like none other. Came for a transmission flush and oil change and left with neither done, only plans to come back when they’re actually needed! They informed me that newer (2010 Dodge 1500) vehicles can go for much longer than suggested for oil changes (no one has ever told me this since I’ve had the vehicle) and through a quick carfax, we assume the flush was done with other work I have had done.Thank you so much for your kindness and patience. “Thank you to the techs there!!My daughter's car broke down on the way back to CMU on Thanksgiving weekend. My parents live in Rose City but we aren't from the area.We had the car towed to Snider's and left a note in the drop box about what the suspectednissue was. We called that Monday to check on the status. We were told that they currently were down to one tech and it would be at least Tuesday until it could be looked at; not ideal but nothing we could do and everyone was home safe.They called on Tuesday and Snider's confirmed what we suspected and gave us a quote in the range we were expecting. We got a second call about a bolt broken in the manifold with an additional quote. We gave the go ahead and we were quite pleased when we were called back and told that the tech was able to remove the bolt without removing the exhaust manifold, yeah!We paid for the repairs over the phone and Snider's allowed my parents to pick up the keys so that we could get the car on Saturday when they were closed.Overall, we were very satisfied with the service.”
