“I smashed my Durango on a deer, and Lehner's was the closest preferred shop for my insurance. I waited to review their work until it was warm enough to hand-wash my vehicle, and was extremely pleased. They did everything they should, including blending the paint and polishing everything to match. It really looks better than it did prior to the accident!

“After an accident on the 19th September, I needed a collision shop to assess my damage and repair. The insurance company gave me 3 choice companies they use, but I could have taken the vehicle to any shop of my own choosing. I chose West Branch Collision Inc from the 3 that my adjuster mentioned. The owner, Gary was kind and went immediately to look at the vehicle. He then had me driven to Gaylord to collect my rental vehicle, which I had arranged ahead of time. Within 2 days I had an answer from Gary, and a call from my adjuster, the vehicle was totalled. We followed up over the next two days, and because it was a coordinated effort on the part of West Branch Collision, my insurance company and me, I am waiting for my check from the insurance company as we speak and will purchase a new vehicle as soon as I can. Thank you very much Gary.”
“My battery died,,and after a jump,, I called walmart...poor customer service skills...drove to West Branch Auto. Kevin met me at the service garage door and was awesome, a real gentleman. Despite me not knowing that my battery was under the back seat! He was off work at 530p just as I pulled up and he stayed to help me. That meant alot! I'll be a customer for life. Thank you Kevin!”
“Give Ben a raise. Our car broke down when we were on our first vacation with our 6 month old baby 4 hours away from home. My husband was trying to fix the car with their incomplete tool set when Ben went and let him borrow his personal tools. He could also see that I was stressed trying to keep the baby calm and offered me a chair to sit down. I was super thankful for that because it was hot outside and we ended up being there for a couple of hours. Austin, which I believe was the manager on shift was less than helpful and seemed pretty annoyed when Ben was helping us find the correct tools to buy but thankfully Ben helped us out during a stressful situation! Thanks again!”
