Giving me false information about what's wrong with my car. How are you gonna tell me my alternator is bad when the paper said battery. I got my alternator tested elsewhere and my alternator is good. I can't no trust AutoZone anymore!!

Give Ben a raise. Our car broke down when we were on our first vacation with our 6 month old baby 4 hours away from home. My husband was trying to fix the car with their incomplete tool set when Ben went and let him borrow his personal tools. He could also see that I was stressed trying to keep the baby calm and offered me a chair to sit down. I was super thankful for that because it was hot outside and we ended up being there for a couple of hours. Austin, which I believe was the manager on shift was less than helpful and seemed pretty annoyed when Ben was helping us find the correct tools to buy but thankfully Ben helped us out during a stressful situation! Thanks again!

We were in a pickle when we had our car breakdown on our kids first road trip.
I cannot say enough good things about Ben. He not only provided great service but went the extra mile with helping my wife in our time of need with our baby. He even got his personal tools out to help us as the shop didn’t have a complete set to borrow for the emergency repairs. Was able to get to our destination thanks to Ben.

Autozone is my go-to for all my auto needs. Good prices, plus knowledgeable staff and lifetime warranty on most products. My A/C belt was half the price of what Advance Auto wanted.

Normally would be lower then this, except the last time I was in I had a good experience. However I have taken a few batteries in to get swapped under warranty. You are Harassed, with them telling you the battery is still good. It's like they don't want to uphold their side of the warranty. One time I came in with a batteries with a video of my machine at home saying the battery was bad and it wouldn't start 2 of my trucks. Guy proceeded to tell me it was my trickler, and hooked up 3 different testers on the battery which all told him it was a bad battery.before giving a new one. If the battery is good like you guys say then slap a sticker on it and sell it again. Just give me a different battery without the hassle. Not like I'm asking for money back I'm asking for the exact same battery. Also there is a man with red hair in there, that's always slamming his hands on the counter and acting like the customers are dumb when he's on the phone with them. After he hangs up the phone he let's everyone know how dumb the questions are.
