“I have always had amazing service at PNC. I have met several times with their financial advisors/loan offices and Kelli Jo is superb. She is friendly and knowledgeable and i really appreciate that. I have banked with PNC since I was 16 (now 30) and have always had great experiences. One thing that I really liked was that I could add travel on their website so when my husband and I traveled out of the country, I was able to update with my leave and return dates so they did not question my purchases while in the Dominican Republic. All the tellers are always really friendly as well and the small town atmosphere is great. They call me by name and always say hello!”
