Dean Arbour Ford was absolutely fantastic with my purchase of the 2023 Maverick. Our salesman Austin Parish was fantastic thru the whole process. We waited 19 months for our Maverick, no fault of the dealership. Austin kept in communication with us through out the 19 months. Austin worked hard to make sure we got our incentive through Ford. We would also like to give a shout out to Sheldon Roberto who helped us out on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. He was off that day but came in to make sure we got our Maverick, knowing we waited so long for it. Thank you Austin & Sheldon, these two are an asset to Dean Arbour & Ford. If you need a new vehicle don’t hesitate to reach out to these guys, they’re great.The above part was a good review, however things changed now. Customer service sucks at this place. I had to take my truck back 3 times to have the tailgate repaired & painted. The body shop that they take it to wasn’t very good. I guess 3 times a charm. I was told the last time that all parts were in & dropped it off. They did give me car in the meantime. After tailgate was done they discovered that the other part, the plastic film didn’t come in. Long story short it was at least 3 weeks before I got my truck back. There isn’t any type of communication at this place. No one knows what’s going on. We get our truck back & we’re told it’s out in the lot go get it. Did anyone come out & ask if we were satisfied or had concern, NO. It seems like once you bought your vehicle they no longer care. I reached out to the GM & the service manager & left both a message but no one called or answered my concerns. I think their customer service sucks other than their salesmen. Obviously the GM & the service manager don’t care. We were inconvenienced several times, wasting our time & gas to get things done that weren’t our fault. Do you think anyone offered any type of compensation for our time & gas, NO. I don’t think we will be returning.

Took my car in for recall repairs and asked for tire balance and rotation, picked it up a week or more later after having to call several times and get the run around if my car was ready or not, only to get there to get it and the tire rotation and balance was never done. They then tried charging me for a brake check I never asked for after they were told the brakes were just redone and not the issue. Terrible communication, service, and I will not take another vehicle there. I actually ended up going to Richardson in Standish for my tire balance and rotation and to make sure the recall repairs were even done; they were great and got me in and out the same day I called.

Our car has been in the service department for over 2 months for a defective engine. Keep getting the run around week after week. Stated their engine guy had to have surgery. What kind of business has only one person to work on this? Every time we call we get excuse after excuse. To top it off, car was promised for sure to be ready today. Big joke, called again to be told they have to order another part . This dealership should be out of business. I will for sure tell everyone I know, not to ever go there for service!!!

Dean Arbor Ford west Branch has consistently provided good timely repairs. If there were a place to improve, it would be their access to needed parts. This is a Ford problem not a dealership problem.

My wife was on her way to Flint to pick up our grandson and his mom from the airport. Suddenly there was a clicking noise coming from the front end. I looked up Dean Arbor Ford on line and told her to take it there. Well the noise got worse and had to have it towed to the dealership. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. Lori got her right in. The mechanics diagnosed the problem immediately which was loose bolts on the front drive shaft. After they completed the repair they had her on her way. Thanks to Lori and the rest of the service crew !!
