I have rented at my storage unit for a couple of years. I believe there are 32 units. The property was mostly wooded with no fence, security systems, and lighting was always out. Guardian Storage bought the property late in 2021. Since the purchase, Guardian has cleared all the trees and bushes for expansion, repaired all the lighting, installed fencing around the entire property with a security gate at the entrance, and laid a foundation for new units. I must say that I am impressed with the progress made so far and look forward to seeing the upgrades completed. The pricing is also fair for the area and Brian is very prompt and helpful with getting back with me on any concerns that I have had. Very good experience with renting from Guardian.
