I had a little emergency on the road today in the middle of nowhere. And the service department was able to share their knowledge and help me make a decisions about how to proceed. Thanks to the woman who I spoke to who helped to keep me safe! What a wonderful service they provided today!

Wanted to share the AMAZING experience we had purchasing a vehicle from Hart GMC. Kim, Matt, and team made it the easiest car purchase of our lives. Their response time to specific vehicle questions, financing options, and follow through with Norm at signing were an A+. I can't express enough how great it was working with them, as it was a zero pressure transaction on a Saturday afternoon. We were able to come to a deal with financing options in less then 30 minutes! We will look to Hart first anytime we need a vehicle going forward as they were fun, knowledgeable, and professional.

I called to have my 2019 GMC Terrain checked out at the service department. Immediately I was told I could take it to another dealership that accepted the warranty I purchased for this vehicle at this dealership. I said no that this is the closest dealership to me. They did get it in 2 weeks later but tell me since they cannot duplicate the sound nothing is wrong with the front end. There is a leak coming from the front of the engine. They said the filter was loose. That is completely false but now it is on my car fax. My back up camera works one day and not the next but I was told since it's not completely out of service the warranty company won't cover it. The process of purchasing my vehicle here was great, but it seems once the sale is done the service department drops the ball. Probably won't return.
