I have had fast great service on the phone. Internet and in person. The fraud alert saved me last week. I have nothing but good things to say. Furthermore, I have been at three branches in 3 weeks and experienced the same excellent service.

So far no problems I'm just tired of it changing hands so much. Interest rates are terrible as is most banks. Staff has been very polite. But that being said it's the last time i go through another change in banks.

Drive through is bad design, and their app sucks. Staff was friendly and helpful as long as you are there in person. Over the phone not so much. No other way to pay for the loan I have through them except with cash. I have other checking accounts with other banks and I cant transfer money to them from those accounts unless I open a checking or savings with them, which I have no need for. Very inconvenient.

Worst bank ever. They took over our bank in West Branch Michigan. My accounts are messed up. My auto pays on installment loans deleted the accounts they were being drawn from racking up charges and not notified until 2 months later. Wait to speak to customer service ridiculous. Try an hour and a half still no answer.oving to a different bank asap
