I had such an amazing experience. I had called earlier that day to see if they had openings and I was lucky enough that they did! I got a pedicure and a full set done and they both turned out amazing and beyond my expectations. Thank you to everyone there.

FRIENDLY REMINDER I'VE BEEN GOING HERE FOR 6 YEARS EVERY MONTH LOYAL THAT'S INCLUDING WITH MY NAILS FALLING OFF BECAUSE THEY WERE ON VACATION TALKING ABOUT LOYAL FOR THE LAST 6 YEARS EVERY MONTH WORST PLACE TO EVER GO TO WALKED OUT CRYING LITERALLY IN TEARS I'M 34 YEARS OLD IT TAKES A LOT FOR ME TO CRY BUT THIS ONE BROKE MY HEART I WILL NEVER PUT MY MONEY BACK IN YOUR MOUTH TO FEED YOUR FAMILY EVER AGAIN THEY ARE HERE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY NOT TO PAMPER YOU THEY DON'T CARE HOW YOU FEEL YOU'RE JUST A DOLLAR BILL IN THEIR EYES THEY GIVE TWO FLIES ABOUT YOU THEY RUSH YOU THEY HURT YOU PETER WILL GRIND YOUR CUTICLES OFF NO DISCOUNTS AFTER ALL YOUR FINGERS ARE BLEEDING PLEASE I BEG OF YOU FIND ANOTHER PLACE WE NOW HAVE TWO NEW PLACES IN WEST BRANCH IF YOU'RE A LOCALS LIKE I AM AND DON'T WANT TO TRAVEL IT IS CALLED HOLLAND NAILS IN CRYSTAL'S NAILS THEY ALSO DO DESIGNS AND THEY ARE DOING WONDERFUL I PRAY THEY CAN TAKE OVER PETER AND NATALIE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR LOCALS BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES THAT DID NAILS IN OUR TOWN THEY WAS ABLE TO GET AWAY WITH A LOT I WANTED TO CALL BUREAU ON THEM CUZ EVEN THOUGH THEIR BUSINESS OWNERS SOMEBODY NEEDS THIS BUSINESS TO SHUT DOWN YOU'RE WRONG PETER YOU'RE WRONG WELCOME TO AMERICA NATALIE'S JUST A GREEN CARD DON'T FORGET THAT. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THEIR MOUTH DO NOT PUT ANOTHER DOLLAR BILL IN THEIR HAND TO FEED THEIR FAMILY OFF YOUR HARD-WORKING MONEY BEG OF YOU TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽💅🏽. Reminder every time I went I had given her details of what I wanted and she would always say no that too much no time so I'd have to hurry up and choose something different in this day she was hungry I felt bad as a human being I had told her to go ahead and go eat SINCE SHE'S SUCH A SLAVE WORKER FOR HER HUSBAND PETER BECAUSE IF YOU WANT DESIGNS AND PETER DOES YOUR NAILS YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR NATALIE THE NEXT CLIENT THAT'S SITTING IN HER CHAIR THAT TAKES OFF THE OTHER LADY THAT'S ABOUT TO GET HER APPOINTMENT ANYWAY she said okay 5 minutes I'll be back she denied me and told me that she had no time now so now you're telling me after I gave you a lunch while I'm sitting there waiting for you you're going to deny me service now reminder I had a funeral graduation all in the same day oh forgot and my brother's birthday my nails represented all for that I walked out no color on my hands because they decided to tell me they don't have time I would have to come back now remind you I have to go to all these things with ugly nails and still had to PAY 45 DOLLARS including walking out crying because I already GOT THINGS GOING ON PERSONALLY LIKE A FUNERAL TO GO TO THE SAME DAY so sick of her telling me she can't help me or do something for me it's always what she wants on the fingers 🤌🏽 and don't forget humiliation and now every one staring at u . DONT DO IT GO TO OUR OTHER LOCALS B AND C NAILS IN BAY CITY ALSO AMAZING I JUST TOOK MY SERVICE THERE THERE'S SO MANY OPTIONS WE HAVE NEW LOCAL SERVICES IN WEST BRANCH FOR A NAILS WITH DESIGNS WE DO NOT NEED THESE GUYS. I pray your business gets shut down 🙏🏽 and I'm not a person to pray evil on someone but you two are so evil so many ways you're just there to take people's money no fucks given of how they feel my money will never feed your family mouth ever again..... LAST BUT NOT LEAST IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT DEFINITELY MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOU WILL BE SITTING FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR TO 30 MINUTES AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT WAS ALREADY SET .YOU NEVER SIT IN THE CHAIR AT YOUR APPROVAL APPOINTMENT TIME YOU WILL BE THERE FOR GOOD 2 HOURS NO JOKE Have a great day. My wife has been to this jt nail place for years recently business is going down Natalie has Been denying exactly what she wants rushes every time I mean this place is a joke if I wasn’t a Christian I would tell this company exactly what I think person we will not be returning for business I recommend in westbranch holland nails or crystal local and they care plus amazing designs no rush !!!!

Tried to get in to make an appointment, they would not even look up when I walked in the door, didn't ask what I wanted, totally ignored me, they couldn't care less if I wanted to be a customer. I'll NEVER Go back. NEVER!!!

I'm not very happy with my nail at all got them done on the 5 of February an they are chipped not fill all the way in an I payed 75bucks with the tip will be calling them Monday morning too see what the heck they going too do

They got me in the same day I called. I never had acrylic nails before and had lots of questions. She was so patient and kind. I absolutely love the job she did! She made sure that I was happy with the length.
