“Apparently I have sleep apnea and I needed a CPAP machine. My insurance referred me to Carelinc of West Branch. I'm so glad they did! I didn't even really understand sleep apnea and kinda felt stupid about the whole idea of needing a machine to sleep. The second I met Chad, that all changed! When he told me first hand what his CPAP HAS done for his life and how he won't go anywhere overnight without it, it took the stupidity away. It opened my mind. Then he explained in detai, and with words that I could understand, the science behind it all. And how it all works. Then he took the time to show me a slew of different masks, and helped me find the perfect one for me.

“These folks have been GREAT since I was able to return home from the hospital over a year ago. Call for supplies and Amy in the office drops them off on her way home eliminating waiting on them to arrive in the mail.
Paul Gutherie, the Service Tech, was awesome setting up my equipment and has always been very helpful and polite in answering any questions the wife or I might have. He keeps up with and does equipment cleanings and service and I enjoy having him in my home.....even my ? dogs like him and that in itself speaks of his character.
Where we live there are several home medical supply businesses, I am just blessed to have chosen ABC Medical / Rotech.
