Multiple times I’ve been here they have not put my skid plate on right under my car and it was left dragging. There is a man at this location that does not respect or like woman. He has a man bun but didn’t get his name. He has laughed at me for the zip ties holding my skid plate on, that my friend had to put on to hold it up. I went back this time to get my oil changed and they were mad I told them to take the skid plate off because they haven’t put it on right in the past. I will not be going back to this establishment.

If I could leave negative I would.!! I got my oil changed in Flint yesterday and they informed me that when my oil was changed 2 months ago, at this West Branch location, my oil filter was not so much as touched, let alone changed. They charged me $86 and DID NOT even do the job right. THEY ARE HACKS!! I wish I would have saved the old filter because I would be contacting an attorney. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!!

The only place I go for oil changes! They’re very accommodating!! During my last oil change my 2 year old daughter said she was scared and wanted to leave. The man working asked if he could give her a sucker so she wouldn’t be scared and it worked! Now she tells everyone about getting the oil changed. Great place with great employees!

They charge a Shop Fee!!
I emailed Performance Plus and they said it is to cover supply cost?
Shouldn't those cost be added into the price of the oil change?
Also the prices are based on 5 quarts of oil.
The put in 4.20 quarts.

New management took over and you can't get topoffs like you used to. Only reason to use Performance and pay more for the change was free refills. But Walmart is cheaper and does the same service so...... Goodbye Performance, hello Walmart ?♀️

All I have to say is “DO NOT take any of your vehicles to this location”. I took my 2020 explorer to this joke of a place one time and that was a huge mistake. Had to go back because they didn’t put the bolts back in the bottom weather shield. Waste of time. I would have thought a voucher for a free oil change would have been fare for the inconvenience of having to go back to have them finish a job that should have been done correctly in the first place. “Of course the voucher would have had to be good for another location, A location that would do a professional job the FIRST time around” stay safe and stay clear of this location (also I will post pictures of how it was repaired asap, I asked the manager to send me pictures to my phone with no response from him. “Unprofessional by ALL means”

Very quick service and friendly people. Great place to come and get your oil changed they are very honest and tell you exactly what you need to have done I will be coming here since they do the best work.

Only giving a 1 star because it will not allow me to not give a star. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star!! JUST left this place, this is my GO TO stop! But Travis has changed my mind rather quickly! It seemed like he was maybe training the other guy, Dustin because Dustin followed his commands. I brought my sister to this place because i trusted these guys! Have been going to them for the last 8 years!!
Travis was RUDE, did not explain anything to us, I had to ask him to blow out the air filters and he told me they can't do that. I asked why and said they have done it for me before in the past, Travis became noticeably irritated and did it anyway.. while mumbling under his breath "I thought I was the boss today". Irritation on my end of course, I asked them if they checked the tires, Travis told Dustin to check the tires. I THOUGHT THAT WAS INCLUDED?! My sister goes to pay with her debit card and Travis asked for her pin.... umm what?! Let the customer put their own pin in! Travis gave my sister her paper and I checked it over, low and behold it said the lights were checked. When?! I asked them to check the lights after seeing it marked on the paper! They very quickly checked them and we left. Needless to say I will not recommend this place to anyone anymore!! And I myself will not be going back!!
Your there to better serve your customers, not piss them off! I suggest getting new people in there, people who actually CARE about their job, because it's no one else's fault you hate your job, but yours.
