Marilyn is awesome- however, the administration is not. I just came in for an appointment and was told they are running an hour behind. They said I can't leave and come back or I lose my spot. They will not call me when they're getting closer to my appointment time even though I work 2 minutes away. I just called a minute before arriving and was not told about the wait. So, I have to wait here for at least an hour. This is not the first time this has happened. As much as I love Marilyn, she's very knowledgable, I feel that the office does not work efficiently and does not keep the patient's best interest in mind.
