Now that they sell cell phones they need to open a new space for customers that are just trying to buy phones they hold up everyone else trying to do business. Because they are transferring info from old phones to new devices.

Only wanted to drop of their router we don’t use anymore but pay $10 a month. Long slow line couldn’t wait all day so left. Make an appointment if you need to go !

Spectrum is one of the worst cable/internet providers I have ever used. For the amount of money I pay each month, I deserve better service. I pay almost $100. 00 a month for service I cannot depend on. I will be looking elsewhere for a better grade of service.

Spectrum tech (Damen I believe was his name) came to my parents home to check their service that went out the night before. When finding out it was the TV that was the problem he went to the basement and brought up the TV from there and set it up in the living room for them. He was very nice, made sure he didn't leave a mess and got the job done in a timely fashion. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

They are the only game in town. No competition means they do not need to have good service. This store does both cell phones as well as cable / internet equipment. Waited in line for two hours just to pick up our cable modem and router. The people ahead of me were getting new phones, which took over an hour to set up. Very disappointed.

Do not use spectrum. They have the worst customer service and make no effort to assist with an issue. If you have alternative options I’d strongly consider those.

Randomly close middle of business day & wait times terrible. As for service extremely expensive after year and prices keep jacked higher n higher
