Great customer service. But not enough customer service. Only been there twice. And both times spent over 2 hours there!!! Should not have to take that long... and what I was told on phone was totally different from in store. Why??? No Answer really. Was told people on phone really don't know much???

Went in to change phone service from AT&T. Brycen was polite, knowledgeable and very efficient during the process. My only complaint would be about the set up of the place. No dividers between stations so you hear other customers conversations. One female employee in particular had a very loud grating voice. Mostly elderly clients so it’s hard to hear their service member or individual conversation, also they have to stand for at least an hour for their transaction. It should be designed like a bank, eye level with the person serving them, privacy dividers and chairs to sit in.

Angie is thee QUEEN….. Everyone in any kind of customer service could learn from her positive attitude, willingness to go above and beyond and knowledge of the job … went in there to return equipment only and came out with savings and new options !! She worked with us through every single aspect and was SOOO INFORMATIVE!! Could not thank her enough….. especially in this day and age!

I pre-ordered a phone then they merged my accounts promising my phone was still on order. I found the company cancelled my order without telling me. Now I can't get the offer they had for the free extra gigabits. None of it was my fault. I feel they should honor their promises. They even charged me for the new phone. It is very unprofessional.

Great service!! so helpful but even though mobile takes time, Aaron, Angie, and Brycen went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely be back when we need services. People get ugly when they have to wait, and yes the lobby us small.
