This hotel is AMAZING! Rooms are super clean! All hotel staff is super friendly and helpful and the rooms rates are super reasonable. 10 out of 10 recommended.
Walkability: Alot of stores and restaurants in walking distance, the lumber jack lodge is a AMAZING restaurant with amazing food!

Decent affordable place to stop if you’re traveling with your dogs. It’s fairly outdated but clean.

Perfect little get away for the night my toddler loved the pool and hot tub and so did his father and I. Very accommodating!! Very friendly staff also ! Will be here again can come get some shopping done and have a get away night and if u book direct you earn a free night every two nights you spend!
Rooms: Rooms were nice and clean.
Nearby activities: Lots of shopping with outlet mall.

Clean lobby, pet friendly, friendly staff. Doug was very helpful and accommodating in helping a 2am oopsy booking mess up on Expedian. Thank you for helping the wayward travelers and their pooch companion. Only recommendation is a crappy on in regards to the guests not cleaning up their own 4 legged friends facility deposits in the lawn, lol. Good selection for midnight snacks and drinks in vending in the hall, cute trinkets and some attire in lobby, typical acceptable continental breakfast

Our room was quiet, clean, nice toweling, comfortable bed and bedding. Microwave and refrigerator were clean. Breakfast was very nice. We had waffles. The juice was excellent, coffee fair. Staff polite.

The only negative was the bureau where the TV sat and also the night stand were both dirty. They had not been cleaned at all. There was sticky stuff and dirt on both that came off very easily with a wash cloth.

We scheduled reservations three weeks in advance to stay at this location and had an emailed confirmation of our two rooms. After working all day we drove over two hours to this location to stay over before an early morning trail riding trip the next morning only to be told “we overbooked and don’t have your two rooms.” Obviously very poor management of their reservations. I would recommend calling ahead if you plan to stay here to make sure you actually have a room for the night.

While I have been at the Super 8 in West Branch Michigan I have been going through a rough time mentally and physically I I would like to give a shout out to Drew and Sarah at the front desk because I have been so depressed and on edge but thanks to Sarah and Drew, they have made me feel happier and more relaxed because they have been there to listen when I needed it most so GREAT JOB TO THE SUPER 8 STAFF & CREW & JANITORS!! the rooms are wonderful, the food is great, and the staff is FANTASTIC. I couldn't ask for anything more than what i have gotten!! 1000000/10
